Saints, presently there’s a great falling away from The Faith, and many have become backslidden.

The LORD has given me a passion to teach and minister, especially over the last month, on God healing people’s backsliding, as well as repentance through breaking up the fallow ground.

Yesterday as I traveled to take my Husband to work, I saw the personalized tag H1SWORD, for His Word, and then later I saw a tag that said “LACK1NG” for lacking.

This morning as I awoke to share my Facebook Memories, I saw the Scripture from Galatians 6.

“Brethren, if any person is overtaken in misconduct or sin of any sort, you who are spiritual [who are responsive to and controlled by the Spirit] should set him right and restore and reinstate him, without any sense of superiority and with all gentleness, keeping an attentive eye on yourself, lest you should be tempted also. Bear (endure, carry) one another’s burdens and troublesome moral faults, and in this way fulfill and observe perfectly the law of Christ (the Messiah) and complete what is LACKING [in your obedience to it]. For if any person thinks himself to be somebody [too important to condescend to shoulder another’s load] when he is nobody [of superiority except in his own estimation], he deceives and deludes and cheats himself. But let every person carefully scrutinize and examine and test his own conduct and his own work. He can then have the personal satisfaction and joy of doing something commendable [in itself alone] without [resorting to] boastful comparison with his neighbor.” Galatians 6:1-4 AMPC emphasis added.

In verse 2 of Galatians 6, it says that we are to bear one another’s burdens and troublesome moral faults, and in this way fulfill and observe perfectly the law of Christ and complete what is lacking.

The LORD showed me that this is Love for one another in the Body of Christ, where we lay down our life to go after those who’ve backslid, and in Love, Grace, and Mercy, Restore them to spiritual soundness.

I see this one thing missing in The Church largely today.

Many are busy going after new converts and have forgotten of the ones who were once in The Church and have backslid.

Part of our bearing their burdens, is through prayer and fasting, as well as reaching out in mercy and grace to them.

After my recent examination with The LORD of my own heart, to which I hadn’t a clue what was going on, I have been humbled so much, that all I care to do is go after those who have backslidden from The LORD and need to come home.

I want to encourage you that presently —- there is a great outpouring of God’s Grace for those who are in The Church, to go after those who have backslidden from The Faith.

Be in Prayer and Fasting for those in this condition. Humble yourself and examine your own heart, and reach out to restore them with gentleness and meekness.
