I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare in all I do I will TESTIFY about the Kingdom of God, trying to PERSUADE the People about Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah from the Scriptures.
  I will PRAISE the Lord for Each One who is convinced by what is shared, yet I know there will be those who refuse to believe.
  It is my responsibility to share the TRUTH and I will leave the results with Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh.
• I declare the words of Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, “You will keep on hearing but will not understand; you will keep on looking but will never see.
  For the heart of this people has become dull, their ears can barely hear, and they have shut their eyes.
  Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts.
  Then they would turn back, and I would heal them.”
• I decree and declare as I am OBEDIENT to PROCLAIM the Kingdom of God, teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua the Messiah with all BOLDNESS and WITHOUT HINDRANCE!
  I PRAISE the Lord for His WISDOM, GUIDANCE and PROTECTION in all I do and say.
• I decree and declare HEAR O Israel, the LORD OUR GOD, THE LORD IS ONE/ SHEMA Israel, ADONAI ELOHEINU, ADONAI ECHAD!
  I will LOVE the Lord my God/ Adonai Elohai with ALL MY HEART and with ALL MY SOUL and with ALL MY STRENGTH!
  The Commandments of the Lord/ Adonai are FOREVER on my Heart; I will TEACH them DILIGENTLY to my Children and SPEAK of THEM when I sit in my house, when I walk by the way, when I lie down and when I rise up.
  They are always before my eyes!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai says to His Anointed Ones, “I GRASP your Right Hand, to SUBDUE Nations before you, to LOOSE Belts of Kings, to OPEN DOORS before you so that GATES WILL NOT BE SHUT.
  I will go before you and make crooked places straight.
  I will SHATTER BRONZE DOORS and cut through iron bars.”
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is giving me TREASURES of darkness and hidden RICHES of Secret Places, and I KNOW and PRAISE Him Who CALLS ME BY MY NAME!
• I decree and declare I LIFT UP MY EYES to the Mountains, with JOY, knowing that my HELP comes from the Lord/ Adonai Maker of Heaven and Earth!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will not allow my foot to slip; my Keeper does not slumber.
  HE NEITHER SLUMBERS NOR SLEEPS.
  The Lord/ Adonai is my Keeper; He is the Shadow at my right hand! The Sun will not strike me by day, nor the Moon by night.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai PROTECTS me from all evil — HE GUARDS MY LIFE! He WATCHES OVER my coming and going from this time forth and FOREVERMORE!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²³ When they had set a day for Paul, they came to him at his lodging in large numbers; and he was explaining to them by solemnly testifying about the kingdom of God and trying to persuade them concerning Jesus, from both the Law of Moses and from the Prophets, from morning until evening. ²⁴ Some were being persuaded by the things spoken, but others would not believe. ²⁵ And when they did not agree with one another, they began leaving after Paul had spoken one parting word, “The Holy Spirit rightly spoke through Isaiah the prophet to your fathers, ²⁶ saying, ‘Go to this people and say, “You will keep on hearing, but will not understand; and you will keep on seeing, but will not perceive; ²⁷ For the heart of this people has become dull, and with their ears they scarcely hear, and they have closed their eyes; otherwise they might see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart and return, and I would heal them.”’
²⁸ Therefore let it be known to you that this salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles; they will also listen.” ²⁹ When he had spoken these words, the Jews departed, having a great dispute among themselves.
³⁰ And he stayed two full years in his own rented quarters and was welcoming all who came to him, ³¹ preaching the kingdom of God and teaching concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all openness, unhindered,” Acts 28: 23-31.

“⁴ “Hear, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is one! ⁵ You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. ⁶ These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. ⁷ You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up. ⁸ You shall bind them as a sign on your hand and they shall be as frontlet on your forehead. ⁹ You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates,” Deuteronomy 6:4-9.

“¹ Thus says the Lord to Cyrus His anointed, whom I have taken by the right hand, to subdue nations before him and to loose the loins of kings; to open doors before him so that gates will not be shut: ² “I will go before you and make the rough places smooth; I will shatter the doors of bronze and cut through their iron bars. ³ “I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden wealth of secret places, so that you may know that it is I, the Lord, the God of Israel, who calls you by your name,” Isaiah 45:1-3.

“¹ I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; from where shall my help come? ² My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. ³ He will not allow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber. ⁴ Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
⁵ The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand. ⁶ The sun will not smite you by day, nor the moon by night. ⁷ The Lord will protect you from all evil; He will keep your soul. ⁸ The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forever,” Psalm 121:1-8.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
