Anxiety
God gives us some clear solution to anxiety.
Instead of worrying, even fearing at times we should always turn to him in Prayer.
Not turned to worry, not turned to anxiety, but walk right past those things and go to him in Prayer.
The key is not to ask for help — but to go with Thanksgiving and to Acknowledge that He is already at work in our lives.
God has promised a Peace that goes far beyond human logic appease that guards, our minds in our hearts in Christ.
“….. and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy — meditate on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.” Philippians 4:7-9.
This peace does not mean the absence of problems, but the certainty that we are not alone in the midst of them.
When we bring our worries to God in Prayer, He replaces our anxiety with His Peace!
Maybe today when you feel anxious, or worried pause and pray. Instead of letting negative thoughts, dominate you, bring them to God, bring those negative thoughts to God, thank Him for His faithfulness, trust that His Peace will fill your heart — because He said it would, as we turned too Him.
I believe that God wants us to just live one day at a time, one moment at a time, trusting in His Provision and Care.
Trusting in His Provision and Care doesn’t mean that we’re not to plan or make plans for our life, but we must learn to depend on Him every step of the way.
When we seek His presence and will first, He gives us Peace and the confidence. He is in control!
I believe that we can make this a personal application and reflect on how we can prioritize our relationship with God over our worries.
We can dedicate time to Prayer and reading the Word of God, before focusing on the concerns of the day at all.
Often times, worries seem endless, and anxiety just overwhelms us. But there are songs that can bring calm to our hearts and remind us that we are not alone.
As we pray and maybe choose to sing some of those songs that tell us and remind us that we’re not alone, just closing our eyes and taking a deep breath, and letting those words comfort our soul, we win a victory for that day.
That one victory can turn into day after day of victories.
As every thing we go through, we are learning greater how to have victory over the negatives of life.

Thank you. Very beautifully put and encouraging ❤️
Gail, thank you for this post. Right before I read your Word I was talking to someone who told me that she has anxiety and depression. I told her about reading the Word of God and meditating on the Word of God that relates to the issue. I like your post and will pass it on.
Blessings.
