Declarations & Decrees: Behold the LORD God, the King, Robed in Majesty!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I declare the Lord/ Adonai is KING, ROBED IN MAJESTY; the Lord/ Adonai is ROBED, GIRDED with STRENGTH; the World is well established; it cannot be moved.
  The Lord/ Adonai has EXISTED FOREVER; His Throne was established long ago.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai on High is MIGHTY!
  He is greater than the Sound of RUSHING WATERS or the mighty breakers of the Sea.
  His INSTRUCTIONS are VERY SURE; HOLINESS befits His House, Lord/ Adonai, for ALL TIME to come.
• I declare my PRAISES to the Heights, my God/ Elohim, the KING; I will BLESS Your Name FOREVER and EVER.
  Every day I will bless You; I will PRAISE Your Name FOREVER and EVER!
• I decree and declare GREAT is the Lord/ Adonai and greatly to be PRAISED; His GREATNESS is beyond searching out.
  Each generation will PRAISE Your Works to the next and PROCLAIM Your Mighty Acts.
• I decree and declare I will MEDITATE on the Glorious Splendor of Your Majesty and on the Story of your WONDERS, Lord/ Adonai!
  People will speak of Your AWESOME POWER, and I will tell of Your GREAT DEEDS.
  They will gush forth the FAME of your ABOUNDING GOODNESS, and they will Sing of Your RIGHTEOUSNESS!
• I decree and declare the Lord Adonai is MERCIFUL and COMPASSIONATE, slow to anger and GREAT in GRACE.
  All His creatures will THANK the Lord/ Adonai, and His Faithful Servants will BLESS Him.
• I decree and declare the Lord’s/ Adonai’s KINGSHIP is an EVERLASTING KINGSHIP, His REIGN continues through ALL GENERATIONS.
  He SUPPORTS all who fall and LIFTS UP all who are bent over.
• I decree and declare the EYES of ALL look to YOU, Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai; You give them their food at the right time.
  You OPEN YOUR HAND and Satisfy the desire of Every living thing.
  You are RIGHTEOUS in all Your Ways, full of GRACE in all You do.
• I decree and declare you will HOLD ON TO OUR HOPE!
  God/ Elohim, the SOURCE of ENCOURAGEMENT and PATIENCE, gives you the same attitude among yourselves as Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua had, so that with ONE ACCORD and with ONE VOICE you will GLORIFY the God/ Elohim and Father if our Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare you will WELCOME each other, just as Christ/ Messiah has WELCOMED YOU INTO GOD’S GLORY!
  Christ/ Messiah became a SERVANT of the Jewish People in order to SHOW God’s TRUTHFULNESS by making good His PROMISES to the Patriarchs, in order to show His MERCY by causing the Gentiles to GLORIFY GOD!
• I decree and declare God/Elohim, the SOURCE OF HOPE, will FILL you completely with JOY and PEACE/ SHALOM as you CONTINUE TRUSTING, so that by the POWER of Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh you will OVERFLOW WITH HOPE!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ The Lord reigns, He is clothed with majesty; the Lord has clothed and girded Himself with strength; indeed, the world is firmly established, it will not be moved. ² Your throne is established from of old; You are from everlasting. ³ The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice, the floods lift up their pounding waves. ⁴ More than the sounds of many waters, than the mighty breakers of the sea, the Lord on high is mighty. ⁵ Your testimonies are fully confirmed; holiness befits Your house, O Lord, forevermore,” Psalm 93:1-5.

“¹ I will extol You, my God, O King, and I will bless Your name forever and ever. ² Every day I will bless You, and I will praise Your name forever and ever. ³ Great is the Lord, and highly to be praised, and His greatness is unsearchable. ⁴ One generation shall praise Your works to another, and shall declare Your mighty acts. ⁵ On the glorious splendor of Your majesty and on Your wonderful works, I will meditate. ⁶ Men shall speak of the power of Your awesome acts, and I will tell of Your greatness. ⁷ They shall eagerly utter the memory of Your abundant goodness and will shout joyfully of Your righteousness.
⁸ The Lord is gracious and merciful; slow to anger and great in lovingkindness. ⁹ The Lord is good to all, and His mercies are over all His works. ¹⁰ All Your works shall give thanks to You, O Lord, and Your godly ones shall bless You. ¹¹ They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom and talk of Your power; ¹² To make known to the sons of men Your mighty acts and the glory of the majesty of Your kingdom. ¹³ Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and Your dominion endures throughout all generations.
¹⁴ The Lord sustains all who fall and raises up all who are bowed down. ¹⁵ The eyes of all look to You, and You give them their food in due time. ¹⁶ You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing.
¹⁷ The Lord is righteous in all His ways and kind in all His deeds. ¹⁸ The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. ¹⁹ He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He will also hear their cry and will save them. ²⁰ The Lord keeps all who love Him, but all the wicked He will destroy. ²¹ My mouth will speak the praise of the Lord, and all flesh will bless His holy name forever and ever,” Psalm 93:1-5.

“⁴ For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instruction, so that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. ⁵ Now may the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus, ⁶ so that with one accord you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
⁷ Therefore, accept one another, just as Christ also accepted us to the glory of God. ⁸ For I say that Christ has become a servant to the circumcision on behalf of the truth of God to confirm the promises given to the fathers, ⁹ and for the Gentiles to glorify God for His mercy; as it is written, “Therefore I will give praise to You among the Gentiles, and I will sing to Your name.”
¹⁰ Again he says, “Rejoice, O Gentiles, with His people.”
¹¹ And again, “Praise the Lord all you Gentiles, and let all the peoples praise Him.”
¹² Again Isaiah says, “There shall come the root of Jesse, and He who arises to rule over the Gentiles, in Him shall the Gentiles hope.”
¹³ Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit,” Romans 15:4-13.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
