Blessing or Curse in The LORD’s Name?
“Watch! For an angel of light seeking to lay claim to a blessing from the mouths of My Prophets, so that the kingdom of darkness can be further built and established in the nations of the earth…”
Blessing or curse in The LORD’s name?
A well known leader whom some of you would all know if I mentioned their name contacted me a few days ago, strongly encouraging me to not only to accept many recent and unfolding events taking place across many nations at this time, but that as a prophet, I should begin to release God’s blessings over these events!
Well after a pretty lengthy conversation, I put down the phone and went into my Prayer Closet.
In that place I began to cry out to The LORD, as I felt an encroaching sense of great confusion and heaviness trying to settle over me.
As I lay prostrate before The LORD, suddenly The Holy Spirit quickened to me (2 Kings 2:23-24).
I immediately recognised the chapter and verses, because I had only just been reading from this very chapter a few days before. Some of you will know it well…!
”From there Elisha went up to Bethel. As he was walking along the road, some boys came out of the town and jeered at him. “Get out of here, baldy!” they said. “Get out of here, baldy!” Elisha turned around and looked at them, and he cursed them in the name of The LORD. Then two bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of them!” 2 Kings 2:23-24.
Wow! Yes! The prophet turned towards the enemy that was operating through those boys and ‘in the name of The LORD he cursed’ their words and actions and two bears came out of the woods and killed all 42 boys!
It sounds a bit like when Samson slayed 1000 men with the dried up jaw bone of a donkey. When the anointing of God is released, whether it be upon a dried up jaw bone of a donkey or upon two bears in the woods — we will surely see God moving in unexpected and unprecedented ways in the days ahead, even stranger and yet more mysterious ways! God’s ways are not our ways!
As I began to read again through this gruesome account, I inquired of The LORD, “Father what are you saying…” …and The LORD began to speak to me saying…
“Daughter, My Prophets carry the Power and Authority both to Bless and to Curse in My Name; both to release Justice or Judgement, Life or Death…
Therefore, My Prophets must learn and discern well in these days of great shaking, sifting and separating, what I would have them Bless in My Name and what I would have them Curse in My Name.
My Prophets must stay laser focused on where the battle lies… Not against flesh and blood — but against the powers and principalities of darkness.
Like My Prophet Elisha, he recognised the voice of the enemy and he discerned the agenda of the devourer that was ‘disguised as innocent and harmless’.
Yet! My Prophet knew the schemes of Satan that was warring against his destiny and against My Kingdom Purposes being established in the earth, and in boldness, he cursed the unrighteous roots before there came a harvest of defiled and corrupt fruits.
Daughter, in this hour, I have given My Prophets the mandate to uproot and to tear-down, to build and to plant in the nations.
My Prophets must bless what I bless and curse what I curse.
Daughter, Watch and Pray!
Be wise with the power of your tongue and be sure to rightly align your words with the plumbline of My Word.
Remember that the enemy comes as an angel of light seeking to lay claim to a blessing from the mouths of My Prophets in order to further build and establish his kingdom of darkness in the nations of the earth!”
Friends, as I heard The LORD speak these powerful and poignant words to my heart, I felt The Spirit of The Fear of The LORD fill my room.
Let us be careful in this hour, let us be wise with our words. For when we, ‘Decree a thing’…. ‘it shall be established’ for us!
I believe no matter how fierce the battle rages, we must continue to resist the temptation to see from a ‘flesh and blood’ perspective, or the battle will surely be lost.
But rather, let us see and recognise what lies behind the veil of deception, and like the Prophet Elisha, let us position and arm ourselves with the weapons that are not carnal but spiritual to the pulling down of every satanic stronghold. For our fight is against the powers of the prince of the air and the hordes of hell.
Let us stay sober and alert, discerning well in these times, making sure that we bless what God blesses and curse what God curses!

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for what you do!!!!! The enemy is pushing and pushing to have us establish his plan, but this plan shall not pass! The gods of chaos cannot have our land or our tongue! The order of heaven is in the mouths and we will not align with chaos!
Very powerful. The kingdom of darkness has pulled out all the stops to keep the truth from being exposed. However, they will fail because the Lord says His Word is like fire and a hammer that breaks rocks into pieces, i.e., His fire will expose and burn the chaff of lies and Bis word, like a hammer, will smash strongholds of the enemyIt’s not over until God says it’s over. Thank you for this.
YES & AMEN!!! Glory to God! Father we thank you for speaking to our hearts & mind in such a way that we will begin to ALIGN our Hearts & our Minds with YOUR Heart & Mind! Like NEVER BEFORE! Yes Lord, help us to Love what You Love and Hate what you Hate, and to Bless what you Bless and Curse what You Curse!. Father make us One with You, as You Make us wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove & Help us to know those that labor among us. Let Your Kingdom Come Unto Us, On Earth as IT is in HEAVEN! SPEAK LORD JESUS- & Give us eyes to see & ears to hear what Holy Spirit is saying & Your Servant will Hear & Obey! ☝
