“Beware, lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ,” Colossians 2:8.
“Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars’ hill, and said, Ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious. For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, To The Unknown God. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you. God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is LORD of Heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; neither is worshipped with men’s hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things,” Acts 17:22-25.
“Do not seek the ancient writings of dead poets or men that have sought to find their answers by other streams of consciousness.
For while there is wisdom to be found there, it can not be compared to the pure and holy stream that comes from my throne.
For truly, men have sought to find their answers in the ancient writings of the Greeks, and while there is a form of wisdom there, in the end it is hollow and without form.
Did not Paul preach to the Greeks at the hill in Athens?
For truly, he was trained and could debate with any man, and yet he found the truth embodied in My Son.
There are many books written down through the ages that speak of wisdom and truth, and in turn, they may show forth as a garden, or even a flower that may bloom, and even capture the attention by some of their beauty, but they are just writings.
But the words found in My Holy Word speak forth truth and also Life.
It is one thing to speak forth truth, but if that truth does not have any life in it, then it is empty and devoid of what I would breath into it.
For you see, the same is also true of those who create things that would in turn be worshiped. For a wooden or a stone thing, cannot in itself give forth life. It is made out of the earth, and it is a manufactured thing.
Seek those things that would bring forth life.”

Stephen Hanson of In His Truth Ministries came to the LORD is a special way in 1975 and has prophesied regularly since. In these end-time birthing pangs we are reminded that judgment must first begin with the household of God. Will we be prepared and ready?
