Declarations & Decrees:
God Strengthens the Humble & Vindicates the Oppressed! God’s Blessings Are Upon This Nation — He Will Curse Those Who Curse Her!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I PRAISE Your Name, Lord/ Adonai!
  I decree and declare YOU DO NOT FORGET THE HUMBLE.
  The HUMBLE ARE STRENGTHENED and rise up to speak Your truth throughout the land!
• I decree and declare that THE WICKED HAVE NO STRENGTH!
  They will find that all they have relied upon are DECEPTIONS AND LIES.
  Lord/ Adonai, I speak Your TRUTH into their lives and circumstances, may all who have ears to hear, ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR GOODNESS AND SALVATION!
• Lord/ Adonai, as Your Word says, I declare that the organizations and individuals, that are attempting to tear down and destroy this land, are being revealed and removed from Your Land, the United States of America.
  I decree an end to terrorism because Your warriors are stationed round about our borders to ward off the enemy and we proclaim, “In God We Trust!”
• I decree and declare JUSTICE to the fatherless and the oppressed — NO ONE WILL STRIKE TERROR again in the United States of America.
  The national security will become stronger and more organized than any time in history.
  The United States will rise to greater prominence in the world, because the leadership and Your people have placed their trust in You, Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai.
• I decree and declare CONFUSION UPON THOSE WHO CAUSE VIOLENCE AND FIGHTING throughout this country.
  Their goal is to destroy, but THEY WILL LOSE THEIR SIGHT AND THEIR WAY, in Jesus’ Name!
• I declare the Lord/ Adonai SEARCHES the hearts and minds of those who call themselves “friend”.
  There are those who speak insults, they do the work of the enemy, but walk in the White House.
  Expel them from the midst of the administration.
  I decree and declare AN END TO DECEPTION AND LIES, an end to twisting and sabotage.
• I declare that the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim, SAVES those who turn to Him.
  I DECLARE HE IS FAITHFUL AND JUST!
  He redeems His people and brings peace to the land.
• I decree and declare that THE ENEMIES FLEE as we call on our God/ Elohim — I PRAISE HIS HOLY NAME!
  In God/ Elohim I PRAISE HIS WORD, in the Lord/ Adonai I TRUST.
  I HAVE NO FEAR — mere humans have no strength in the face of God.
• I decree and declare the blessings of the Lord/ Adonai upon this Nation and President Trump’s Administration as WE BLESS ISRAEL!
  I am thankful for the friendship President Donald Trump has with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
• I decree and declare that EVERYTHING PRESIDENT TRUMP UNDERTAKES IS blessed, because the Lord gives him WISDOM AND STRENGTH to carry out His will for this Nation.
• I decree and declare that the United States is being separated and raised above other nations because of our following GOD’S/ ELOHIM’S WILL, for following His Word.
  The blessings that are upon Israel are upon those who bless Israel.
• I decree and declare GREAT ABUNDANCE of good things, of industry and prosperity in the United States.
  The Lord/ Adonai is opening His good treasure, the sky, to give the land its rain at the right seasons and to bless all that this Administration undertakes.
• I declare Bless God/ Elohim, all the people of the Land!
  Our God/ Elohim PRESERVES our lives and leads us in His Truth.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹¹ He says in his heart, “God has forgotten. He hides his face. He will never see it.”
¹² Arise, Yahweh! God, lift up your hand! Don’t forget the helpless.
¹³ Why does the wicked person condemn God, and say in his heart, “God won’t call me into account?”
¹⁴ But you do see trouble and grief. You consider it to take it into your hand. You help the victim and the fatherless.
¹⁵ Break the arm of the wicked. As for the evil man, seek out his wickedness until you find none.
¹⁶ Yahweh is King forever and ever! The nations will perish out of his land.
¹⁷ Yahweh, you have heard the desire of the humble. You will prepare their heart. You will cause your ear to hear, ¹⁸ to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may terrify no more,” Psalm 10:11-18.

“⁹ Confuse them, Lord, and confound their language, for I have seen violence and strife in the city.
¹⁰ Day and night they prowl around on its walls. Malice and abuse are also within her.
¹¹ Destructive forces are within her. Threats and lies don’t depart from her streets.
¹² For it was not an enemy who insulted me, then I could have endured it. Neither was it he who hated me who raised himself up against me, then I would have hidden myself from him.
¹³ But it was you, a man like me, my companion, and my familiar friend.
¹⁴ We took sweet fellowship together. We walked in God’s house with company.
¹⁵ Let death come suddenly on them. Let them go down alive into Sheol. For wickedness is among them, in their dwelling.
¹⁶ As for me, I will call on God. Yahweh will save me. ¹⁷ Evening, morning, and at noon, I will cry out in distress. He will hear my voice.
¹⁸ He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle that was against me, although there are many who oppose me.
¹⁹ God, who is enthroned forever, will hear and answer them. Selah. They never change and don’t fear God,” Psalm 55:9-19.

“¹⁰ In God, I will praise his word. In Yahweh, I will praise his word.
¹¹ I have put my trust in God. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?
¹² Your vows are on me, God. I will give thank offerings to you.
¹³ For you have delivered my soul from death, and prevented my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living,” Psalm 56:10-13.

“³ I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who treats you with contempt. All the families of the earth will be blessed through you,” Genesis 12:3.

“⁷ Yahweh will cause your enemies who rise up against you to be struck before you. They will come out against you one way, and will flee before you seven ways. ⁸ Yahweh will command the blessing on you in your barns, and in all that you put your hand to. He will bless you in the land which Yahweh your God gives you. ⁹ Yahweh will establish you for a holy people to himself, as he has sworn to you, if you shall keep the commandments of Yahweh your God, and walk in his ways. ¹⁰ All the peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by Yahweh’s name, and they will be afraid of you. ¹¹ Yahweh will grant you abundant prosperity in the fruit of your body, in the fruit of your livestock, and in the fruit of your ground, in the land which Yahweh swore to your fathers to give you. ¹² Yahweh will open to you his good treasure in the sky, to give the rain of your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You will lend to many nations, and you will not borrow. ¹³ Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail. You will be above only, and you will not be beneath, if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God which I command you today, to observe and to do, ¹⁴ and shall not turn away from any of the words which I command you today, to the right hand or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them,” Deuteronomy 28:7-14.

“⁸ Praise our God, you peoples! Make the sound of his praise heard, ⁹ who preserves our life among the living, and doesn’t allow our feet to be moved.
¹⁰ For you, God, have tested us. You have refined us, as silver is refined. ¹¹ You brought us into prison. You laid a burden on our backs. ¹² You allowed men to ride over our heads. We went through fire and through water, but you brought us to the place of abundance,” Psalm 66:8-12.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
