Declarations & Decrees: God’s Glory is in Our Midst — He’s Calling Us Higher!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is SITTING on a Throne, HIGH and LIFTED UP, and the Train of His Robe FILLS the TEMPLE!
  Seraphim are standing above Him; each has six wings.
  One calls out to another and says, “HOLY, HOLY, HOLY is the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai Tzva’ot!
  THE WHOLE EARTH IS FULL OF HIS GLORY!”
• I decree and declare woe/ oy to me, for I am RUINED, for I am a person of unclean lips, and I am dwelling among a people of unclean lips.
  For MY EYES HAVE SEEN THE KING, LORD OF HOSTS/ ADONAI TZVA’OT!”
  The glowing coal, the Angel touched my lips and my iniquity is taken away, and my sins atoned for!
  Praise God/ Elohim for the Sacrifice and Atonement of His Son, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah: I am washed clean, as White as Snow.
  I PRAISE You Father/ Abba for CALLING ME INTO YOUR PRESENCE!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is seeking for those with HEARTS for Him: “Whom should I send, and who will go for Us?”
  So, I said, “Here I am/ Hineni. Send me!”
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai, the Ancient of Days/ Attiyq Youm sits in His Throne, His garment is as White as Snow, and the Hair of His Head like Pure Wool.
  His THRONE is ABLAZE WITH FLAMES, its wheels a BURNING FIRE!
  A River of FIRE is flowing and coming out from before Him.
  Thousands attend Him and ten thousand times ten thousand STOOD BEFORE HIM.
  The Court was seated, and the BOOKS WERE OPENED!
• I decree and declare BEHOLD, One like a Son of Man, COMING with the Clouds of Heaven.
  He approaches the Ancient of Days/ Attiyq Youm and is brought into His Presence.
  DOMINION, GLORY, SOVEREIGNTY will be given to Him that all Peoples, Nations, and languages should SERVE HIM.
  His DOMINION is an EVERLASTING DOMINION that will never pass away and His Kingdom is one that will not be destroyed.
• I decree and declare the One like a Son of Man, STANDING in the midst of the Golden Lampstands/ Menorot, is clothed in a Robe down to His feet, with a Golden Belt wrapped around His Chest.
  His head and His hair are white like wool, white like snow, and His Eyes are FLAMES OF FIRE.
  His feet are like polished Bronze refined in a furnace, and HIS VOICE is like the ROAR of RUSHING WATERS!
• I decree and declare in Christ’s/ Messiah’s Right Hand He holds Seven Stars, and out of His Mouth comes forth a sharp, two-edged sword.
  His FACE is like the Sun shining at full strength.
  He says to His Chosen Ones, “Do not be afraid!
  I am the First and the Last, and the One who LIVES.
  I was dead but look — I am ALIVE FOREVER and EVER!
  Moreover, I HOLD the KEYS of death and Sheol.”
• I decree and declare the Son of God/ Ben-Elohim is the RADIANCE of God’s/ Elohim’s GLORY and the IMPRINT of His Being, UPHOLDING ALL THINGS by His Powerful Word.
  When He made PURIFICATION for our sins, He sat down at the Right Hand of the Majesty on High.
  Thus He became as far above the Angels as the Name He has inherited is more EXCELLENT than theirs.
• I decree and declare regarding the Son, God/ Elohim says, “Your THRONE, O God/ Elohim, is FOREVER and EVER, and a Scepter of UPRIGHTNESS is the Scepter of Your Kingdom.
  You have LOVED RIGHTEOUSNESS and hated lawlessness; therefore God/ Elohim, Your God, has ANOINTED YOU with the Oil of GLADNESS above Your companions.”
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ In the year of King Uzziah’s death I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, lofty and exalted, with the train of His robe filling the temple. ² Seraphim stood above Him, each having six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. ³ And one called out to another and said, “Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of hosts, the whole earth is full of His glory.”
⁴ And the foundations of the thresholds trembled at the voice of him who called out, while the temple was filling with smoke. ⁵ Then I said, “Woe is me, for I am ruined! Because I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.”
⁶ Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a burning coal in his hand, which he had taken from the altar with tongs. ⁷ He touched my mouth with it and said, “Behold, this has touched your lips; and your iniquity is taken away and your sin is forgiven.”
⁸ Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!” Isaiah 6:1-8.

“⁹ “I kept looking until thrones were set up, and the Ancient of Days took His seat; His vesture was like white snow and the hair of His head like pure wool. His throne was ablaze with flames, its wheels were a burning fire. ¹⁰ “A river of fire was flowing and coming out from before Him; thousands upon thousands were attending Him, and myriads upon myriads were standing before Him; the court sat, and the books were opened.
>¹¹ Then I kept looking because of the sound of the boastful words which the horn was speaking; I kept looking until the beast was slain, and its body was destroyed and given to the burning fire. ¹² As for the rest of the beasts, their dominion was taken away, but an extension of life was granted to them for an appointed period of time.
¹³ “I kept looking in the night visions, and behold, with the clouds of heaven One like a Son of Man was coming, and He came up to the Ancient of Days and was presented before Him. ¹⁴ “And to Him was given dominion, glory and a kingdom, that all the peoples, nations and men of every language might serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion which will not pass away; and His kingdom is one which will not be destroyed,” Daniel 7:9-14.

“¹⁰ I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and I heard behind me a loud voice like the sound of a trumpet, ¹¹ saying, “Write in a book what you see, and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamum and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea.”
¹² Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking with me. And having turned I saw seven golden lampstands; ¹³ and in the middle of the lampstands I saw one like a son of man, clothed in a robe reaching to the feet, and girded across His chest with a golden sash. ¹⁴ His head and His hair were white like white wool, like snow; and His eyes were like a flame of fire. ¹⁵ His feet were like burnished bronze, when it has been made to glow in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of many waters. ¹⁶ In His right hand He held seven stars, and out of His mouth came a sharp two-edged sword; and His face was like the sun shining in its strength.
¹⁷ When I saw Him, I fell at His feet like a dead man. And He placed His right hand on me, saying, “Do not be afraid; I am the first and the last, ¹⁸ and the living One; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of death and of Hades. ¹⁹ Therefore write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after these things. ²⁰ As for the mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: the seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches,” Revelation 1:10-20.

“¹ God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways, ² in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things through whom also He made the world. ³ And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, ⁴ having become as much better than the angels, as He has inherited a more excellent name than they.
⁵ For to which of the angels did He ever say, “You are My Son, today I have begotten You”? And again, “I will be a Father to Him and He shall be a Son to Me”?
⁶ And when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says, “And let all the angels of God worship Him.”
⁷ And of the angels He says, “Who makes His angels winds, and His ministers a flame of fire.”
⁸ But of the Son He says, “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, and the righteous scepter is the scepter of His kingdom. ⁹ “You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness above Your companions,” Hebrews 1:1-9.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
