God’s Word is Life to Our Soul
“My son, attend to my words; consent and submit to my sayings. Let them not depart from your sight; keep them in the center of your heart. For they are life to those who find them, healing and health to all their flesh. Keep and guard your heart with all vigilance and above all that you guard, for out of it flow the springs of life. Put away from you false and dishonest speech, and willful and contrary talk put far from you. Let your eyes look right on [with fixed purpose], and let your gaze be straight before you. Consider well the path of your feet, and let all your ways be established and ordered aright. Turn not aside to the right hand or to the left; remove your foot from evil.” Proverbs 4:20-27 AMPC.
God’s Word is Life to our soul, feeding our heart with the goodness of His mercy and grace, so undeserved, and attained not by our efforts, only by Jesus Christ.
And we, mere men (women), have been handed something we’ve not earned!
Glory to God!
The LORD gave me a vision of two drinks. One drink was the Wellspring of the Word of Life, and the other was a drink of bitterness.
He showed me that we continually chose which drink we want to partake of, and from that decision, come’s the heart’s intention.
In Jeremiah 29:11, we see that God’s thoughts towards us, are to give us a hope and a future.
The word “thoughts,” in Hebrew, comes from the root word, meaning TO INVENT.
In my book, “Rev 22:2,” God had me write the saying ‘We are an invention of God’s Intention.”
Just think about that for a moment. We were invented by God, for His good works.
Just like an inventor, creating a machine for its purpose, we too were created by God for a specific purpose.
The enemy knows the power of INTENT, which is what I get into exhaustively in my book, “The Forbidden Fruit,” describing that the devil high-jacked mankind’s intent in the Garden of Eden.
The power of our intent is the place where our heart INVENTS.
Whatever it is we expect in life, comes through the intent of the heart.
It’s the place of the operation of The LORDship of Christ, which is our faith!
Glory to God!
Imagine, the heart as a machine, where Christ is seated, and from that space, the Will of God manifests, bringing to pass that which is Ephesians 3:20, exceedingly, and abundantly, above what we can think or imagine!
Glory to God!
If we’re lord of our own heart, then we limit God’s move in our lives, and His good outcomes, HIS PHENOMENAL OUTCOMES, and will be disappointed each time.
God’s Hope doesn’t disappoint! Romans 5:5 indicates GOD’S GRACE in our lives!
“Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.” Romans 5:5.
Grace, is undeserved Love, bringing favor each and every day, upon all circumstances, no matter how small, whereby, we come to appreciate God!
When we’re disappointed, it’s because we’ve been lord of our own lives, sitting on the seat of the throne of the heart, drinking on a cup of bitterness, whereby we live in disappointment.
However, when we understand that the heart is deceitful, and our own selfishness, would cause us to be lord, instead of surrendering our entire heart to God, then the areas in which we need cleansing from the world, and all evil, will allow the power of the Truth to operate on our soul, where the Great Physician, shows us our intents and motives. (Hebrews 4:12)
Saints, to completely trust God, is to praise Him in our bitter trials, as much as our victories!
When you can trust God in the bitter trial, then you find the sweetness of God’s Love, finding His Hope, leading you to what he invented you for!
“He who is satiated [with sensual pleasures] loathes and treads underfoot a honeycomb, but to the hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet.” Proverbs 27:7 AMPC.
The reason we live in bitterness, unable to taste God’s goodness, although it is ever present, if we choose to drink of Life, is because we want to be lord over our own life.
Saints, guard your heart, drink from the right cup, the Rivers of Living Water, where you will never thirst, and always be satisfied!
The Samaritan woman knew this well, which is why, having lived the most rejected and bitter life, she could drink deeply of the sweetness of Love, knowing the satisfaction of Grace! This was her witness!
A saint crying out to God for fullness of deliverance and the manifestation of salvation.

God bless!
So true! We need to guard our hearts because that’s the testing ground & where victories will hit as well.
I also confirm Proverbs 4: specifically verse 22 says:”For they are life unto those who find them, and health to all their flesh” which I have been meditating upon for my healing. Thank you God’s vessel.More Grace
