Has anyone else noticed that there are rarely any visible stars in the sky as of late?

It’s like the heavens have been veiled in sackcloth. Experts may attribute this to factors such as light pollution, atmospheric obstruction (wildfire smoke, chem trails, dust etc), cloud cover and humidity and even moon phase.

But could it be much more spiritual?

The Bible declares in Psalm 19 and Genesis,

“The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.” Psalm 19:1-2.

“And God said, “Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and for seasons, and for days and years,” Genesis 1:14.

While we do not look to the created rather to the Creator for knowledge and revelation there must be a reason for such a obvious silence and with that said I believe something huge is about to erupt in the earth.

In Scripture, when the stars are darkened it is nearly always a harbinger of divine judgement, shaking or transition.

Joel 2 declares,

— a sign of the Day of The LORD:

“The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining,” Joel 2:10.

— the judgement of Babylon:

“For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine,” Isaiah 13:10.

—- this is apocalyptic and speaks to the tribulation:

“Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.” Matthew 24:29.

For the discerning, there has been such an increase in spiritual tension, demonic activity even the obvious global disorder and I believe that the dim stars could be a sign of the spiritual warfare intensifying and the veil descending over regions.

We know also that stars represent angelic beings according to Job 38:7 — when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy.

Also Revelation 1:20, 12:4 — Because there is so much wickedness defilement, corruption and rebellion in the lands that there is angelic withdrawal and also of God’s covering departure of His Glory?

Ezekiel 10:18-19 — Then the glory of the LORD departed from off the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubims. And the cherubims lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight: when they went out, the wheels also were beside them, and every one stood at the door of the east gate of the LORD’S house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above…..

The Glory of God, which is closely associated to angelic activity LEFT THE TEMPLE, because of Israel’s idolatry, violence and rebellion.

It marked the withdrawal of the Most High’s protection from Jerusalem before destruction came.

This could also be a sign of evidence of the shift and changing of the guards, spiritual leaders falling and God removing His lamps and (Revelation 2:5).

The enemy also wants to hide the heavens through manipulation, false signs and wonders.

There is so much more but pray and ask God the Father in your own prayer time.

I believe this to be a WARNING — and CALL TO REPENTANCE and WATCHMEN TO BE AWAKENED!
