Hope for the Lost Church
“My Church is in a parlous state!” says The LORD, “The spiritual condition of so many denominations is worse than that of the Laodicean Church.
At least they were lukewarm! Yet many of My Churches today have cold religion — but no Faith.
They have liturgy, sometimes beautiful liturgy, but no relationship. They have attendance but no commitment.”
“Why is this?” asks The LORD.
“Not everyone who goes to church is a Christian!
There are so very many in the many main stream churches, CofE, RC, Episcopalian, Lutheran, Methodist and so on, who have faithfully attended Church every Sunday for most, if not all of their lives.
Yet there has been no relationship with Me, nor in many cases, any teaching on born-again salvation!
There are very many who are going to be shocked one day to discover that they have been led by the pied piper of religion, by their sadly misled religious leaders and teachers, straight into hell!”
“The moment of revelation has come!” says God, “When My Church shall be given a wake up call!
A call to Salvation and Repentance such as most of them never knew they needed. A call to die to self and be born again.”
See John 3:1-21.
“Thus will begin a new era of hope and a golden future for those who answer My call!,” says The LORD, “for I AM waiting for them as the father awaited his prodigal son — waiting with the whole of heaven to rejoice in their salvation!
In this world that offers little if any real hope or meaning, I AM offering true hope — hope of life everlasting — and a true meaningful life with My Holy Spirit as their mentor and guide.
This has always been available to them, but although they have attended their church faithfully, salvation through the Blood of Jesus has never been taught let alone offered.
I wish that ALL would turn to Me now, and none would be lost. I AM calling to everyone — ‘Come to Me all who are heavy laden, and I will give you rest!’ — for I Love you and I want you to experience My Love for yourselves — before it is too late!
For surely the day is fast approaching when I will separate the sheep and the goats.
The sheep know My Voice, but the goats will never know Me. Turn now from your old life to My Life, prepared especially for you.
You’ll never regret it! And it is your only real hope for eternity!”
Thus saith The LORD God Almighty.
“There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”
Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
Nicodemus answered and said to Him, “How can these things be?”
Jesus answered and said to him, “Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things? Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should [c]not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”” John 3:1-21.

Amen! This is solid truth! I was one of those myself, being raised in one of those denominations. I did nor ever hear you must be born again until I was 19 years old. 41 years ago now. But I remember it like it was yesterday! A friend shared with me her own salvation experience and I was drawn to that and was radically saved. Born again. Relationship is nothing like religion. You must be born again!
