How Manifold Are Your Works, LORD!
A psalm to praise and sing aloud to God.
How Manifold Are Your Works, LORD!
From the mountains down to the valleys
The eagle soars
From the rivers to the seas
The fish swim
From the plains to the deserts
The deer leaps
How manifold are Your Works, LORD!
In wisdom You made them all;
The earth is full of Your possessions…
What You give them they gather in
You open Your Hand, they are filled with good
May the glory of The LORD endure forever;
May The LORD rejoice in His Works
Oh what a mighty Creator You are
In the morning the rooster crows
In the morning Your Creation awakens
Always depending on You, LORD
You are ever faithful to provide
With the rains You send
With the warmth of the sun
With the winds You blow across the land
With the seasons and their purposes
With the shade and shelter of the terebinth tree
You sustain the earth and everything therein
And Your Creation flourishes
May the glory of The LORD endure forever;
May The LORD rejoice in His Works
Oh what a mighty Creator You are
Oh let us give thanks for the Works of Your Hand
So mighty and magnificent
So varied and beautiful
Oh let us remember Your Goodness
Every time we look upon them
Help us LORD to always place our trust in You
Just like the little sparrows do
For everything that flows into our hands comes from You—
All good things You have created for Your pleasure
And to teach us of Your Wisdom and Ways
May the glory of The LORD endure forever;
May The LORD rejoice in His Works
Oh what a mighty Creator You are!
We remember Your Promise and Your Enduring Faithfulness:
“While the earth remains,
Seed-time and harvest,
Cold and heat,
Winter and summer,
And day and night
Shall not cease.”
How manifold are Your Works, LORD!
In wisdom You made them all;
The earth is full of Your possessions…
What You give them they gather in
You open Your Hand, they are filled with good
May the glory of The LORD endure forever;
May The LORD rejoice in His Works
Therefore let us rest in Your Goodness
Receiving Your Wisdom and Ways just like the little sparrows…
“While the earth remains, seed-time and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease.” Genesis 8:22 NKJV.
“O Lord, how manifold are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all. The earth is full of Your possessions — What You give them they gather in; You open Your hand, they are filled with good. … May the glory of The LORD endure forever; May The LORD rejoice in His works.” Psalm 104:24, 28, 31 NKJV.
“For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.” Colossians 1:16 NKJV.
“But now ask the beasts, and they will teach you; And the birds of the air, and they will tell you; Or speak to the earth, and it will teach you; and the fish of the sea will explain to you. Who among all these does not know That the hand of The LORD has done this, In whose hand is the life of every living thing, And the breath of all mankind? Does not the ear test words And the mouth taste its food? Wisdom is with aged men, And with length of days, understanding. With Him are wisdom and strength, He has counsel and understanding.” Job 12:7-13 NKJV
“Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.” Matthew 10:29-31 NKJV.
“Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God.” Luke 12:6 NKJV

“Let everything that has breath praise The LORD.” Psalm 150:6.
