I Know How Hard This Life is!
I was looking outside today and the rain falling and I saw the rain as tears from the weary warriors, and I heard The Father say, “I know how hard this life is!”
“Beloved Warrior,
I know how hard this life is.
I know the battles you never speak about.
I know the burdens you quietly carry.
I know the prayers whispered through tears and the courage it took to rise and fight another day when every part of you wanted to quit.
I have seen the wounds hidden beneath your armor.
I have counted every scar.
Not one battle has escaped My notice.
You are not weak because you are weary.
Even My greatest warriors grow tired.
Even My strongest sons and daughters sometimes find themselves kneeling upon the battlefield, breathing hard beneath the weight of the war.
Yet hear My voice today:
You are still standing.
You are not defeated.
There are many more for you than against you.
For though your strength may feel small, My strength has never diminished.
I give power to the faint, and to him who has no might I increase strength.
When your hands grow heavy, I will hold them up.
When your knees tremble, I will steady them.
When your heart grows discouraged,
I will remind you that the battle was never yours, but Mine.
I have not left the battlefield.
I stand beside you.
I walk before you.
I cover your back.
I have your six.
I AM your shield and your exceedingly great reward.
I AM The LORD who is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
So rest for a moment, Weary Warrior.
Drink deeply from My Presence.
For the day is coming when you will look behind you and discover that every battle, every tear, every weary mile was being woven into a testimony of My faithfulness.
Your weakness has become My Strength.
My Grace will supply all your needs
According to the Glorious Riches in Christ Jesus.
And when you rise again, you will not rise alone.
For I, The LORD of Hosts, will be marching beside you.
For The LORD is with you like a Dread Champion
Therefore your persecutors will stumble and not prevail.
They will be utterly ashamed because they have failed,
With an everlasting disgrace that will not be forgotten.”
I GOT YOUR SIX : “I got your six” means “I’ve got your back”. It is a promise of protection and loyalty, assuring someone that you are watching their blind spot and keeping them safe from unseen threats. The phrase originated with fighter pilots during World War I. Pilots used an analog clock face to describe directions: 12 o’clock meant straight ahead, and 6 o’clock meant directly behind the aircraft. Since the rear is a pilot’s most vulnerable blind spot, a wingman would announce “I got your six” to signal they were protecting the rear
“Those who hope in The LORD will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31.
“He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might He increases strength.” Isaiah 40:29.
“The LORD your God is the One who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.” Deuteronomy 20:4.
“The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18.
“For The LORD is with me like a dread champion; Therefore my persecutors will stumble and not prevail. They will be utterly ashamed, because they have failed, With an everlasting disgrace that will not be forgotten.” Jeremiah 20:11.
“Don’t be afraid,” the prophet answered. “Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” 2 Kings 6:16.
