That cloud, as big as a man’s hand, is coming our way! In the middle, quite literally in The United Kingdom of a drought, a rain cloud is approaching!

I first wrote about this a while back.

The weather forecast for The United Kingdom at that time was starting to look a bit interesting.

Much was being spoken about coming rainstorms that ‘could be of Biblical proportions’!

I was getting more than a twinge prophetically about this possibility.  Many prophets had spoken that past year of tsunamis and epic floods of Holy Spirit driven waves and latter rain.

Now here we were being told that rains of epic proportions could well be headed our way.

All this from meteorologists, who are all very scientific in their approach to the environment, concluding that yes, we could very well be deluged very soon.

I find it all fascinatingly engrossing.

That was then. Now, in 2026, I’m being reminded of Elijah and that cloud approaching! (1 Kings 18)  The war against Baal and his prophets has not ended!

So I turned once again to my favourite source of all wisdom, The LORD, to ask His opinion of what’s happening and maybe of what’s coming.

He reminds me that many eschatological scholars are looking to the Feast of Trumpets on September 11th this year to see a sign in the heavens related to the Revelation 12 narrative of the woman, her male child, the dragon, and war in heaven.

That chapter also gives us Revelation 12,

“Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: ‘Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down. They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short.’”   Revelation 12:10-12.

From this I believe we are on the cusp of the beginning of the final end time events.

All The LORD will say to me is, “Be ready!  Lamps full, wicks trimmed! 

Just as there is coming a war in heaven, so there is coming simultaneously “war” on Christianity, but also a Revival of Biblical proportions here on earth.”

I’m feeling that it has started ‘raining’ in many places — but The United Kingdom is in the middle of a drought both literally and spiritually!

This is no coincidence, but rather it’s part of Gods Plan!

Now all of this is a bit beyond my normal prophetic compass, (although that’s changing), but I feel very strongly led to once again warn The Church to be ready.

Be ready for a season of even greater turmoil, persecution, prosecution, and testing beyond anything we’ve ever known or even imagined.

But, by that same measure, be ready for a simultaneous season of unparalleled blessing, or renewal, revival, healing, deliverance, and provision.

The world will try to make us ‘martyrs’ but the revival, with accompanying signs and wonders will cause many to stop and consider.

I see on the one side we see those leaders leading the turmoil and persecution, while on the other side The LORD will lead the more conservative elements using the Christian leaders and the Remnant Church in their fight.

The Church will, almost inevitably, be divided but that, I see, as the division of wheat and tares.

I believe we are headed towards a season of unprecedented ‘civil war’ between true and real Christianity and Judaism, and the rest of the world, of whom Islam is simply a part.

This is not a time for fear and hiding, but a time for speaking The Truth of God’s Word without fear or favour, and with clarity and conviction.

Let God’s Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven!
