Jamaica: Baal Sits in Your Parliament!

House of Parliament Building – Kingston, Jamaica
I’m reminded of the recent Word of The LORD that came to me, “Baal Sits in Your Parliament!”
See the Word here on HKP:
The spirit behind Baal has gained influence in the places where decisions are made, culture is shaped, laws are defended, and national priorities are determined.
Baal worship in Scripture was not only about a statue. It was a whole system.
It involved false prosperity, fertility cults, sexual perversion, child sacrifice, covenant corruption, mixture, false prophecy, and leaders who allowed the people to continue in sin while pretending everything was normal.
That is why the issues in Jamaica is bigger than one crime, one school fight, one murder, one government official, or one family breakdown.
It points to an altar at work in the land…
Baal is tied to counterfeit lordship.
The word “Baal” which is said to mean lord, owner, master, possessor. So when Baal “sits” in a nation’s gates, it means something other than God has claimed authority.
That spirit says:
- “Give me your children.”
- “Give me your worship.”
- “Give me your blood.”
- “Give me your sexuality.”
- “Give me your laws.”
- “Give me your music.”
- “Give me your families.”
- “Give me your future.”
This is why attacks against women and children carry such spiritual weight.
Women and children represent birth, inheritance, continuity, covenant, and future generations.
A Nation that cannot protect its women and children is bleeding at its root.
Now is not the time for shallow prayers and for certain we don’t need any more Church Programs.
As Joel 2:17 declares, “Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar!”
Our prayers MUST be GOVERNMENTAL, PRIESTLY, and REPENTANT!
The Church should be weeping, teaching, confronting, healing, discipling, protecting, and interceding.
I believe The Church should be addressing:
- The spirit of murder.
- The spirit of rage.
- Domestic violence.
- Sexual violence.
- Child abuse.
- Gang seduction.
- Fatherlessness.
- Mother wounds.
- Pornography.
- Occult influence.
- Music that glorifies death.
- The failure of righteous male covering.
- The need for repentance in homes, pulpits, schools, courts, and government.
A Church that only shouts but cannot heal families is not ready for national revival..
Shalom
