Jesus Will Deliver You!
Jesus said to me, “I want My People to know the difference.”
I said, “Know the difference of what?”
And then He instructed me to go to 1 John 3 that says:
“Everyone who practiced sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness [ignoring God’s law by action or neglect or by tolerating wrongdoing – being unrestrained by His commands and His will].” 1 John 3:4 AMP
This verse is trying to describe the difference between sin and lawlessness.
Sin is something that can be done once. For example, someone lied.
Lawlessness is sin done again. For example, someone continually lying.
Why does Jesus want us to know the difference?
Jesus will forgive us of sin, but if we are stuck in lawlessness then we will be asking Jesus for forgiveness consistently.
Jesus will forgive you again and again, but He prefers to forgive you once and then you never commit the sin again.
Simply, after forgiveness, Jesus wants us to change directions so we are not stuck in a sin cycle.
Jesus adds: “I have heard the cries and screams of My People for they want Me and they want Me to deliver them.
I will deliver them for that is My promise to you.
However I want My People to understand that you must remove yourself from lawlessness for that is not what I want for you.
Remove yourself from not knowing The Truth.
Seek Me!
I say this often to you — Seek Me!
Come after Me!
Rid yourself of not knowing or refusing Me. This is sin.
Come to Me and submit to Me.
You will see that deliverance will come when you work to get yourself out of lawlessness.
You will see My hand move in your life and I will bring you out of the pit and onto dry land. You will be free once again.
Again I say to you — remove yourself from all lawlessness for it is continuous sin.”
As Jesus is saying this, he gave me a picture in my mind of a man in a deep hole underground.
The man has been in the wet, muddy hole for a while and begins to climb the side walls to get onto land again.
As the man is almost there, the hand of Jesus scoops up the man, out of the pit and sets him on dry land.
In short, Jesus will deliver you from many demons and problems but you have to do your part too.
