In the past few weeks, I’ve noticed a few posts about “the lull before the storm” — that quiet time before The Holy Spirit arrives in power and glory and salvation.

That pause before the wind blows, the rains come, and the fire falls.

I first wrote about this in virtually my first ever prophetic blog in July 2002. Now, 23 years later, in 2025 the lull has faded — now it’s turning and building to a tempest.

The wind is blowing, the latter rain is falling, and the fire is spreading.

It’s already started!

“IT”, the ‘end-time Revival’, the ‘mighty move of God by His Holy Spirit’,

IT has started.

The LORD took me to a high rock from whence it appeared that I could see The United Kingdom, Europe, and The United States of America, along with many other countries.

From this high viewpoint, I could see what I thought were ‘weather systems’ moving around.

“They are not weather systems, as you suppose!” said The LORD, “They are centres of activity where My Spirit is at work.”

I could see wind and rain storms being activated, followed by the sight of fire falling gently upon the area.

“See how I first send The Winds of Change, followed by the Latter Day Rain, and finally My Holy Spirit fire!”

After this The LORD took me from the high place into one of the areas of activity.

I realised that an Angel was ‘conducting’ me on my own personal ‘tour’.

He showed me places where the Ruach of God was blowing, to where the rains were falling, and finally, to where the flames of fire — the same as those the fell in the upper room at Pentecost — were falling gently.

But at this last point, I noticed something different.

The moment before a flame landed, and they all landed on someone rather than something, I noticed a small angel pour oil upon the person who was about to receive so that, when lit by the falling flame, their lamp kept burning brightly.

I simply leave this with you. In my opinion, the lull before the storm is over, and the evidence around us reveals that revival is upon us!
