There’s No such thing as a simple Yes or No!
You are looking at the two most powerful words in the human language. On these two words hang, your your present, future, and your eternal state of being.
At this very moment you are the sum total of all your past Yes’s and No’s. These words are unique, because they are always said simultaneously. When one is said audibly the other is said, silently. If a man says yes to his wife, he is saying no to the woman who trying to tempt him. If he says yes to the seductive woman, he is saying no to his wife, marriage, and children.
These two words determine the destiny of your spirit, soul and body.
“Every man that says yes to temptation, is drawn away by his own lust, and enticed to say yes, again and again. Then when lust hath conceived, it brings him into sin: and sin, when it is finished, leads him to his death” James 1:14-15.
A yes, to junk food, is a no to a healthy body. A no to lying, is a yes to honesty. A yes to sin is also a yes to death, but it’s a no to My Holy Spirit, and life. The whole world is suffering and billions have died horrible deaths because of Eve’s yes to evil. Billions are alive today because Noah said no to evil! A single hasty yes or no can end your life today! A single yes, can end the life of your child today. The most painful sentence a parent can utter is centered on the word NO! (“If I had only said NO, you can’t go!) The destiny of your children hang on the parents ability to say, NO and YES.
Every yes to the enemy, binds you tighter, and drags you deeper into darkness. Every yes to Me is a no to Satan. Every yes in My kingdom, gives you more light and moves you higher. A single no, halts everything in your kingdom experience. All succeeding no’s reverse your direction, taking you toward the kingdom of darkness. “How will you escape, if you start saying no, and neglect your great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by Me, and was confirmed unto you by them that actually heard Me in person” Hebrews 2:3.
These two words are the easiest and most difficult words to say. Saying No, to temptation is difficult, and a yes to righteousness can be a real struggle at times, especially when your job, or marriage, or life is at stake. From this day forward, never take the two most powerful words in the human language lightly. Choose your yes and no wisely, “but above all things, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yes be yes; and your no, no; lest you fall into condemnation” James 5:12.
There is no such thing as a simple yes or no! With one of these words your life will end! With one of these two words your glorious life can begin! Think carefully, and pray before you utter your next YES OR NO.
