Purpose in the Process
Through God The Father — a Plan of Purpose!
At Easter, we as believers celebrate in thankfulness, the sobering gift of Christ on the Cross.
As the days fly by it is easy to get in mode of going through the motions.
I have always said that I wish we as a people, would carry the spirit of Christmas, year round.
The extra spirit of kindness and caring that seems to be displayed at a higher level during the Christmas holiday.
However, even more than that, what if we carried the sacrifice of The Cross with us daily in a more mindful and greater way?
Yes, of course as believers we are mindful of The Cross, but what if we took it to a higher level of action?
Doesn’t His blood still speak today?
Yes, of course it does — and it’s easy to say that with words, but what about action?
We plan everything else, so why not purposely plan each day, to touch the life of someone else for Jesus every day?
God created a Plan with such glory filled Purpose, a Sacrificial Lamb, who would be born to carry out the redemption of the world.
We should be living each day with the purpose of sharing Jesus at the top of our “To Do” list!
The purpose-filled Plan gives us Salvation — if we only seek HIM, ask HIM and accept HIM as our LORD and Savior!
What a gift!
But The Cross and His Sacrifice are so much more!
To me The Cross signifies redemption from sin, salvation for the gift of eternal life, healing from sickness/ disease, mercy in the midst of failure, hope in the midst of trial, peace in the face of fear and courage in the heat of the battle and so much more.
God’s Plan was filled with such purpose that it is hard to fathom at times!
As I think of Christ carrying the Cross, in the midst of such great pain, every drop of blood that spilled from His sacred body… every S I N G L E drop had purpose!
Are we mindfully stepping into that purpose on a daily basis?
I can honestly say that I have not been walking fully in that purpose as I should.
So many are hurting and hopeless that need the love of Christ!
As I think of each drop of blood, it is a reminder, of the need to push harder on the darkness around us with the light of Jesus Christ!
All it takes is a small streak of light to break through the darkness.
When we speak with purpose, the purpose of creating that light in darkness, for those around us what an opportunity.
We carry the shed blood of our redeemer into the hearts of the lost and broken each time we share the name of Jesus!
What a gift to carry that purpose within our redeemed hearts.
Sharing the gift of salvation, sharing a prayer of help, sharing a kind gesture or word.
In all this we are sharing the HOPE of the world, Jesus Christ, to a lost and fallen world.
Matthew 20:28 NKJV states: “just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”
As His children, God has called us to serve, and be a light in the darkness!
Are we rising each day with purposeful intention to be his hands and feet?
If you feel like it’s time to dust off your sword and wipe off your armor you are not alone.
It’s time to get back in the battle and share and show those in our daily path that God LOVES them more than they could ever imagine.
In the midst of roaring darkness, on a path to Golgotha Hill, Jesus accepted God’s plan for mankind! Jesus broke through darkness to become the LIGHT and REDEMPTION to a broken world.
John 8:12 NKJV states: “Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I AM The Light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have The Light of Life!”“
We have the Light! Let’s let it shine bright and share the Hope that can only be found in Jesus each and every day with purposeful intention!
Amen!
Blessings and HIS abundant grace to you!

Powerful word, dear Stacy. It sure is “What a gift to carry that purpose within our redeemed hearts.” We are blessed beyond measure. In His Love, Sandi
When hear he didn’t call the angels on the cross so that all can ask for his angels to come to our day of torture now, that they wait now in attention still now because they all don’t know Christ.
