10.10.2020: Reach into Heaven and Pull Down your need!
Did you notice the uniqueness of yesterday’s date? 10.10.2020!
It is definitely Divinely significant, and speaks volumes in witness: two 10s and two 20s forming a date!
“By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established,” 2 Corinthians 13:1.
I believe it is a Divine declaration of John 10:10 and 2 Chronicles 20:20 for us to make THAT push for victory!
There is a very SERIOUS moment during delivery: when pushing out the baby’s head and shoulders.
The woman, although exhausted by this time (having been experiencing labour pains for so long), cannot afford to slack at this crucial time. It is dangerous for her and her baby.
As such, “PUSH! PUSH! PUSH!” is the urgent but caring encouragement to her to not slack so as to avoid danger to both the baby and herself.
Spiritually, prophetically, this is the moment we are in right now. So PUSH! PUSH! PUSH!
Push in Holy Spirit-led prayer and actions for victory, for answers.
Our LORD Jesus Christ said:
“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly,“ John 10:10.
“So they rose early in the morning and went out into the Wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, O Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem: believe in The LORD your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper,” 2 Chronicles 20:20.
Faith, Prayer, Action
To have life more abundantly, to be established and prosper, we must join faith with prayer and action.
In John 2 (the number 2 stands for witness), Mary the mother of Jesus first told Him about the need at the wedding in Cana of Galilee. Then they did what The LORD told them to do.
When they did, they had the BEST good wine ever made — and within moments.
Tell The LORD what is needed.
Ask The LORD what you should do.
Do what The LORD tells you — promptly and diligently.
The other day, The Holy Spirit said to me in a dream: “Reach into Heaven and pull down your need!”
In the dream, this was demonstrated with the prophetic action of raising the hands high, and imaginarily, grasping the need from Heaven with the hands and pulling them down.
Immediately, I started praying this fervently, making the bodily gesture.
About the same time, I had a very dire and urgent need (a life and death situation). And I kept PRAYING. I also kept asking The LORD what to do.
An idea then occurred to me. I checked again and again with The Holy Spirit if it was by Him indeed. I felt assured so.
I followed the instructions.
Brethren, the SUPER-ABUNDANCE that FLOWED! Words cannot describe it.
Not only that, a son in The LORD whom He directed me to contact and instruct, was even MORE blessed more abundantly!
Do you have any need? I encourage you to pray the same prayer repeatedly (together with the bodily gesture described above): “In Jesus’ Name, I reach into Heaven and pull down my need.”
Then do whatever The LORD tells you to do. Ask Him.
Focus, drive and go forward for your victory
I love the faith and focus of this woman. It is very instructive.
“Now it happened one day that Elisha went to Shunem, where there was a notable woman, and she persuaded him to eat some food. So it was, as often as he passed by, he would turn in there to eat some food.
And she said to her husband, “Look now, I know that this is a holy man of God, who passes by us regularly. Please, let us make a small upper room on the wall; and let us put a bed for him there, and a table and a chair and a lampstand; so it will be, whenever he comes to us, he can turn in there.”
And it happened one day that he came there, and he turned in to the upper room and lay down there. Then he said to Gehazi his servant, “Call this Shunammite woman.”
When he had called her, she stood before him. And he said to him, “Say now to her, ‘Look, you have been concerned for us with all this care. What can I do for you? Do you want me to speak on your behalf to the king or to the commander of the army?’ ”
She answered, “I dwell among my own people.” So he said, “What then is to be done for her?” And Gehazi answered, “Actually, she has no son, and her husband is old.”
So he said, “Call her.” When he had called her, she stood in the doorway. Then he said, “About this time next year you shall embrace a son.” And she said, “No, my Lord. Man of God, do not lie to your maidservant!”
But the woman conceived, and bore a son when the appointed time had come, of which Elisha had told her. And the child grew.
Now it happened one day that he went out to his father, to the reapers. And he said to his father, “My head, my head!” So he said to a servant, “Carry him to his mother.” When he had taken him and brought him to his mother, he sat on her knees till noon, and then died.
And she went up and laid him on the bed of the man of God, shut the door upon him, and went out. Then she called to her husband, and said, “Please send me one of the young men and one of the donkeys, that I may run to the man of God and come back.” So he said, “Why are you going to him today? It is neither the New Moon nor the Sabbath.” And she said, “ It is well.”
Then she saddled a donkey, and said to her servant, “Drive, and go forward; do not slacken the pace for me unless I tell you.” And so she departed, and went to the man of God at Mount Carmel.
o it was, when the man of God saw her afar off, that he said to his servant Gehazi, “Look, the Shunammite woman! Please run now to meet her, and say to her, ‘Is it well with you? Is it well with your husband? Is it well with the child?’ ”
And she answered, “It is well.” Now when she came to the man of God at the hill, she caught him by the feet, but Gehazi came near to push her away. But the man of God said, “Let her alone; for her soul is in deep distress, and The LORD has hidden it from me, and has not told me.”
So she said, “Did I ask a son of my Lord? Did I not say, ‘Do not deceive me’?” Then he said to Gehazi, “Get yourself ready, and take my staff in your hand, and be on your way. If you meet anyone, do not greet him; and if anyone greets you, do not answer him; but lay my staff on the face of the child.”
And the mother of the child said, “As The LORD lives, and as your soul lives, I will not leave you.” So he arose and followed her. Now Gehazi went on ahead of them, and laid the staff on the face of the child; but there was neither voice nor hearing. Therefore he went back to meet him, and told him, saying, “The child has not awakened.”
When Elisha came into the house, there was the child, lying dead on his bed. He went in therefore, shut the door behind the two of them, and prayed to The LORD. And he went up and lay on the child, and put his mouth on his mouth, his eyes on his eyes, and his hands on his hands; and he stretched himself out on the child, and the flesh of the child became warm.
He returned and walked back and forth in the house, and again went up and stretched himself out on him; then the child sneezed seven times, and the child opened his eyes. And he called Gehazi and said, “Call this Shunammite woman.”
So he called her. And when she came in to him, he said, “Pick up your son.”
So she went in, fell at his feet, and bowed to the ground; then she picked up her son and went out.” 2 Kings 4:8-37.
This woman was determined, and refused to be distracted. She also had GREAT spiritual understanding that death and life are in the power of the tongue. (See HKP Word “Use The Power of The Tongue; Eat It’s Fruit“).
Her son was dead, but she kept responding repeatedly: “It is well….”
And indeed, just as she confessed, her son was raised back to life!
You will have whatever you say.
This wonderful woman walked by faith, not by sight. But she also took actions on her faith.
Don’t be robbed by Satan
Beware of Satan’s enticements and incitements to sin, especially through offences — “lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices,” 2 Corinthians 2:11.
Give no place to the devil (Ephesians 4:27), “give no opportunity to the adversary” (1 Timothy 5:14) to rob you of your blessing, to hinder you and your blessing.
Remember, as our LORD Jesus Christ said: “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy…” (John 10:10).
Guard your heart with all diligence.
Push in prayer with faith and action as led by The Holy Spirit — for life more abundantly, be established and prosper. Now.
10.10.2020 has kicked off John 10:10 and 2 Chronicles 20:20 for us to see and have The Goodness and The Glory of God.
As the notable woman said, ““Drive, and go forward; do not slacken the pace…” Possess your blessing. Possess your possession.
Believe and obey.
Jesus said, “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see The Glory of God?” John 11:40.
This is a very serious and Divinely scheduled time for us in Christ Jesus.
The last Feast of The LORD, Tabernacles, celebrated for seven days with FRUITS and parts of trees (indicating The Tree of Life) with rejoicing, ended on October 9.
The number 9 represents fruitfulness. The Fruit of The Spirit. Yield. Super-abundance.
The very next day, was 10.10.2020!
Reach into Heaven and pull down your super-abundance – life more abundantly.
Believe God and be established, believe His prophet and prosper.
“The LORD Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Grace be with you. Amen.” 2 Timothy 4:22.
“Farewell” Acts 15:29.
