From 2016….   This needs saying again and again, until we get ahold of it!

Here we are, early February 2023, Winter in the Northern hemisphere, the year 10% gone already.

Just thinking about the meaning of Spring, with its rains, and its new life, and so on.

Imagine what you would feel like if God says to you, “Pray for the rain of Holy Spirit to fall on you, on your family, on your church and town.”

This is what happened to me this morning.

I had the feeling also, that this was not just any old invitation from The LORD — it is specific for this time, for these days, for a time such as this.

I also heard the enemy asking, “Is this former or latter rain, go you think?”

Actually, Satan, I could not care less what rain it is.  The LORD has told me to pray for it for His good purposes, and I’m going to do just that!

Then I heard The LORD again. “When I send the rain of My Spirit, it has two purposes.

Firstly, it is to water the harvest one more time before I allow you to bring it into My Barns.

Second, it is to provide a conduit for My Spirit to come in power and signs and wonders.”

Paul says in 1 Corinthians 2:4-5

“And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.”

I believe God is saying, once again, that He is about to pour out His a Spirit in power, in signs and wonders, that no man may boast and that all men may receive a fresh revelation of who He really is.

I believe The LORD is going to keep on saying this until we get the message!

Saints, I believe The LORD is commissioning us, you and me, to keep on pressing in to Him for this next wave.  We are to keep on preaching the Gospel, making disciples, healing the sick, casting out demons, and raising the dead.

Church, our buildings, our plans, our works are ALL about to become much too small, and God, who is without limit, is about to show His hand.

We can no longer stay in our sheltered places — we are to go beyond our walls to the extent that only God will be able to supply our needs for all He has for us to do.

I’m not putting this over sufficiently well, but The LORD will convey to you the passion, the urgency, the sheer enormity of what He is showing me is about to break loose among us.

He will keep sending this message through the prophets until we all get hold of it.  It is upon us! It is about to start!

Be prepared — get yourself ready — The Holy Spirit is about to tear up all your plans and schedules in favour of His Plan and schedule.
