Judgment is Coming
“Woe (judgment is coming) to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!” Isaiah 5:20 AMP.
Dear Ones: Judgment is Coming!
The ones who knowingly call good evil and evil good are choosing judgment instead of blessings.
There is much propaganda being spewed out through the media today that is causing confusion as to what is good and what is truly evil.
We do not want to be purposefully led astray, so, what do we do?
Proverbs 2 is a good place to start, because it talks about the value of wisdom.
Proverbs 2:3, 6, 10-12a, NKJV, instruct us this way.
“Yes, if you cry out for discernment, and lift up your voice for understanding, … For the Lord gives wisdom; … When wisdom enters your heart, … Discretion will preserve you; … Understanding will keep you, … To deliver you from the way of evil.”
So, the answer is to ask for discernment and God will give you Wisdom to know the truth of the matter before you.
Judgment on the Spiritually Blind
In addition, discernment will keep you from falling prey to spiritual blindness that substitutes darkness for light.
The Master warned believers in Matthew 6:23, AMP, this way.
“But if your eye is bad [spiritually blind], your whole body will be full of darkness [devoid of God’s precepts]. So if the [very] light inside you [your inner self, your heart, your conscience] is darkness, how great and terrible is that darkness!”
When we operate in godly discernment then we have no fear that judgment is coming because we know we are filled with His true light.
Declare
“Judgement is coming on those who knowingly cling to the darkness.
But I am a child of The Light and have no fear of what is coming on the world.
I call out to those in darkness to come out to the light so they may know what is good and what is evil.
Thank You, LORD, for delivering many from spiritual blindness.
Praise The LORD!”
Have a blessed day in Jesus’ Name.
