NORTH : צָפוֹן (ṣāp̄ôn) Strong’s #H6828: north (as the hidden, dark)

WIND : רוּחַ (ruach) Strong’s #H7307: Breath, Spirit, Spirit of God, the third person of the triune Godhead, the Holy Spirit, co-equal, co-eternal with the Father and the Son. Imparting warlike energy and executive and administrative power as endowing men with various gifts, as energy of life, as manifest in the Shekinah glory.

NORTH WIND : Divine manifestation. Expressive of the special seat of the power of Yahweh. (The sides of the North) A hiding-place of the Divine majesty, so that all may be seen which human eye can bear, and that which it cannot bear may yet be known to be there, shrouded in the cloud. Designed to awaken the mind of the prophet, and to fix his attention to what should proceed from here, and be seen by him; just as the Lord appeared in and answered Job out of, the whirlwind, Job 38:1.
This is a theophany in Ezekiel 1:4, which is an appearance of God, an intense manifestation of the presence of God that is accompanied by an extraordinary visual display. Shekinah Glory. (Pulpit Commentary)

JESUS and the Shekinah Glory : “And His face did shine as the sun, (Strong’s #G2989: To shine, give light. To beam, i.e. radiate brilliancy) and His raiment was white (bright) as the light (Strong’s #G5457: Light, a source of light, radiance. Luminousness.} (Matthew 17:2).
