The Sharpening Stone, the Silver Arrows and the Sound of Golden Tuning Forks!

I wanted to share a very personal Encounter that I had with The LORD two days ago.

I share this with you all, because I believe this Encounter speaks to what many in The Body of Christ are and have been experiencing.

I submit it’s a Now Word to the Weary Warriors — a Now Word that speaks to the Season we have just come through, and to the New Season we are moving into — a time of Greater Shakings and Mega Shifts!

The Days ahead will require new levels of Strategic Contending and Warfare, yet, it will be a Time for Greater Impact and Influence, a Time that will demand a greater Capacity to carry a greater Measure of Glory, and a higher level of Discernment, Understanding and Revelation that comes with lethal penetrating power against the powers of darkness!

These are the days of the Birthing of a New Kingdom Era, wherein all that can be shaken is being shaken!

These are the Days which will be known as a Time of Awe, Wonder and War!

I hear these Words, “The Days for Competing with Horses, are here!

The Days of Contending with Lions and ravenous Wolves in the flooded thicket have begun!”

Two days ago, I was sitting quietly before The LORD, when suddenly I heard a strange Sound, and as I pressed into the Sound, I was lifted up in The Spirit, to where I saw the tip of a Silver Arrow being carefully placed upon a Sharpening Stone, and the Silver Arrow was being pulled back and forth across the Stone.

As I watched the Silver Arrow tip being drawn back and forth, and back and forth upon the Stone, I could hear what sounded like sand or grit upon the Stone, as the Arrow was moved slowly across the Sharpening Stone.

As I looked at the Tip of the Arrow, I saw that it was jagged and uneven. There were areas on the Silver Tip which were broken — even fractured — and the Tip looked well worn, blunt and dull in different areas.

I knew by The Spirit that this spoke to the Intensity and ferocity of the Battle of the last Season.

The Arrow bore the marks of repeated Impacts, of having been thrust into hard places, of relentless striking against demonic resistances — again and again!

But then I saw a deep golden Oil being poured out upon the Sharpening Stone, and the Silver Arrow was placed again upon the Stone.

I watched as the Arrow was again drawn across the Stone, but this time there was a different Sound, ha!

No longer the dry grinding of grit alone on the Stone, but a sound that became smoother and richer, as the golden Oil began to flow between the Stone and the Silver.

Yes! The friction was still there, but the Sound was now giving way to a new frequency, a divine easing, a Sacred Refinement was taking place, not a removing from the process, but rather a Transforming in the process.

As the Arrow was pulled back and forth, and back and forth, I watched as the jagged edges began to be smoothed; the small fractures began to be restored, and the uneven places were being aligned.

The dullness and bluntness of the Silver Arrow began to give way to a razor-sharp edge, and a gleaming silver point.

The Silver Tip began to reflect the Light with greater intensity than before, and again, I knew by The Spirit, that what had been worn away in Battle, was now being Reforged, Refined, and made into a lethal Weapon that had strength, precision and accuracy for deep penetration that would bring a death blow.

But as I watched this transformation and refining taking place, the Sound of the Sharpening of the Silver against Stone suddenly turned to a Sound of Music, and as I listened intently to the sudden change in Sounds — from Sharpening to a Sound and a Song — I began to hear what sounded like a Battle Cry — a Song of Victory in the midst of War!

It was a rising Sound, a Commanding Sound in The Spirit, a Sound that carried the weight of God’s Authority upon it!

A Sound that caused a stirring in the atmosphere — yet very hard to actually describe fully what I was hearing….

But it was the Sound of Victory and Triumph literally being forged in the place of Tension and of Sharpening, and while the Sound of Victory spoke to the Moment, it came as a Future Declaration of Victory in Battle which was emerging from the place of Refining and Purification.

I also saw that now, every stroke of the Stone, every movement of the Arrow, was producing a Sound that aligned with Heaven’s Time — a Sound that spoke with Divine Purpose and New Kingdom Assignments.

Then I heard The Spirit say, ”Watch and Listen!

For I AM not only sharpening My Silver Arrows — but I AM turning them into Golden Tuning Forks that will carry the Sound and Frequency of a Battle Cry for the Destiny of Nations!

Watch! For in the days ahead, My People will not only Strike! Strike! Strike!with greater Precision and Power — but they will release a Sound of Heaven that breaks the demonic resistance — a Sound that shifts spiritual atmospheres — a Sound that announces the Victory before the Battle is Over!”

Then I saw so clearly that the Silver Arrows carried not only razor sharpness, but they were “Carriers of Sound”, and that as that Sound was released, it would pierce, penetrate and prophetically Proclaim.

Every Strike and Resound for the Warfare of this next Season, would be fought ”not by might nor by power but by The Spirit”!

It would Declare the Sound of Alignment — the Sound of Obedience — the Sound of Heaven — released through yielded and surrendered Vessels in the hand of The Skillful Archer, The LORD Sabaoath Himself!

And again I heard The Spirit say, “The Grinding and the Sharpening was a vital necessity, but the Sound you now carry will become as a Mighty Weapon of Warfare!

Look! For I AM raising up a Remnant whose Victory will be heard before it is seen, whose Sound and Battle Cry and a Song of Deliverance will precede a Mighty Breaking through, and whose Sound will cause the enemy to scatter in Seven Ways!”

I sensed Prophetically in the Encounter, that the Oil poured out upon the Stone spoke to The Spirit of The LORD bringing forth deep Healing and Restoration, and Supernatural Empowerment in the place of friction, tension and even pain.

That the same places that had been struck, pressed in and worn down in the last Season, were now the very places of Divine Strengthening and Sharpening for greater Accuracy, greater Penetration and greater Effectiveness.

I heard the Words, ”A Time of Divine Recommissioning is here!”

Then I heard The Spirit say, “Yes! I AM sharpening My Arrows for Razor-Sharpness Precision in the next Season!

What was dulled, made blunt and ineffective in the Intensity of Warfare, will now go forth to pierce with Accuracy and Power.

What has endured the Fires of Purification, will now carry a greater measure of My Glory with greater Force, for Kingdom Advancement in the Earth Realm!”

And then again I heard The Spirit say, “Those who have endured and overcome the Battles of the last Season and who have yielded to the Sharpening Stone, will now be entrusted to Carry a greater Anointing — to Strike and to Reap the Spoils!”

As I saw the Silver Arrows and the Golden Tuning Forks being released and struck, they released a pure Sound that vibrated with the frequencies of Heaven that brought Divine Realignment and a Rearrangement wherever there were sent.

I also knew by The Spirit that in this hour, The LORD is raising up not only Silver Arrows of Precision — but Golden Tuning Forks of Divine Alignment — those who will carry His Sound, release His Frequency, and bring Heaven’s Order into places of turmoil, confusion and chaos!

Finally, I hear these Words, ”Watch! For the Silver Arrows will strike, but the Sound of My Golden Tuning Forks will establish My Plumbline, and together they will build and advance My Kingdom Purposes with Supernatural Authority, Power, Precision and Divine Alignment!”
