The Tale of Two Cities — Lamentation for Tyre — the Web of the Nations — the Restored Altar — and the Four Winds of the Four Faces of God!

Watchmen, the following Word I am only sharing now, as there was much contention surrounding its release. But by God’s Grace..

I release it for careful consideration, discernment and prayer!

So, early on the morning of August 7, 2026, in my early morning Prayer Time, after having prayed much in The Spirit, as I reached out for my Bible and placed it upon my lap the pages of my Bible opened up before me and as I looked down my eyes fell on Ezekiel 27 : ”Lamentations of Tyre”!

As soon as I read those Words, the “Number 27” was highlighted to me by The Holy Spirit.

Now as I looked at the Number 27, it was quickened in my spirit that we are now standing on the threshold of the coming New Hebrew Year of 5787.

Now, as I sat before The LORD, I wrote down the numbers,

► ( 5 + 7 + 8 + 7 )  =  27

… and I knew by the Spirit that I was being shown a Prophetic Pattern and a Prophetic Timeline unfolding.

🎯 Ezekiel 27 Parallels Prophetically to ►  5787  =  27

And Note;  ►  2 + 7  =  9

Then it was quickened to me Ezekiel 9,  wherein God commands the man clothed in linen to go throughout Jerusalem and place a “MARK” upon the foreheads of those who Sigh and Lament over all the abominations being committed in the land.

Now as I turned to Ezekiel 9, I immediately saw a Prophetic correlation between Ezekiel 9 and Ezekiel 27, and God began to reveal these two Chapters as Prophetic Markers that now speak to the coming Times and Seasons ahead.

Again, the Number 27 stood out as we move from Hebrew 5787 towards 2027 …

►  Ezekiel 27 — ”Lamentation of Tyre”

►  2 + 7  =  9

►  Ezekiel  9 — ”The Marked Ones”

►  Georgian Year 2027

►  Hebrew Year 5787

►  5 + 7 + 8 + 7  =  27

►  5(7)8(7) contains 2 x sevens  7’s

►  =  (7 7)

►  Double 7’s — Double Portion Mantle of Elijah…

As I prayed and listened, the Spirit of Revelation began to show me a powerful Prophetic Timeline beginning with Ezekiel 27 and pointing Prophetically to Ezekiel 9.

In Ezekiel 9 we see,  first “The Marking” — then a Divine Distinction being made, and then the shaking of The Nations!

God has an Order.  Before He confronts the Systems of The Nations and before He begins to shake what men have built, and even before He Calls for the Lamentation over Tyre, (Ezekiel 9)  He “First” Marks His own!

Therefore,   ”Watch!  As we move into the New Year 5787!

The Marked Ones will begin to Arise — a Righteous Remnant who sigh, cry and lament over the Spiritual Condition of the Land and the Nations…

A Righteous Remnant who will refuse to bow to the spirit of this present age…

A Chosen and Marked Remnant upon whom “Heaven places a Divine Distinction before the greater Shaking begins”…

As I continued to sit quietly before The LORD and held these emerging Prophetic Threads together, The Holy Spirit then led me back to the Core Chapter Ezekiel 27,

”Take up a Lamentation for Tyre”   Ezekiel 27:2.

As I read those Words, I was suddenly taken into a Powerful Vision wherein I saw what looked like a massive Spider’s Web stretching further than my eyes could see.  Its intricate strands reached across Nations, continents and oceans, forming one vast interconnected Network.

Every strand was connected and every movement upon one strand immediately affected another.

I could see that nothing within the Web functioned independently, and as I continued watching, the Spirit then drew my attention to the very Centre of the Web, and at the Centre of what looked like a vast Spiders Web there stood a powerful and exceedingly Wealthy Gateway City!

What immediately caught my attention was the City looked like a thriving hub or a Hive of Activity.

And as I looked again, it looked like the Hub of a large Wheel, and from the centre I saw hundreds of intricate strands that radiated outward.

Immediately, by The Spirit of Revelation, I knew I was looking at “The Great City of Tyre” mentioned in Ezekiel 27.

But as I looked closer in the Vision, I realised I was not simply being shown the Ancient Phoenician City spoken of by Ezekiel, but I was being shown a powerful Prophetic Reflection that speaks directly to the hour in which we are now living.

In the Vision I was looking at a “Modern Tyre” — or a Prophetic Type and a Parallel…

Not just of one City, but an intricate Network of powerful Gateway Cities and Strategic Global Hubs, which interconnected through commerce, finance, technology, shipping, energy and international trade.

What Ezekiel saw in Ancient form has now being shown to me as an expanded version in Modern Times.

I saw clearly what looked a vast Global Web stretching across The Nations, with a Hub through which the wealth, influence and commerce of The Nations continually flows…

Now. as I continued to watch…

🎯Stay with Me!

Suddenly I saw with great detail one great strand within the Web that stretched towards Singapore, another towards Dubai and another towards London, England.

Then I saw New York, Taiwan, China and then Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States.

I was then shown the Suez Canal, the Red Sea, the Mediterranean and the Panama Canal, and I watched as enormous container ships moved continually through these strategic corridors carrying the wealth of Nations.

But then I saw the Web expand even further and I saw Banking Systems and Digital Payment Systems, Technology and Artificial Intelligence, Global Communications, Manufacturing, Shipping, Supply Chains and even the Stock Markets.

I saw World Currencies, Military Alliances and Trade Agreements coming up before me, and everything was intrinsically connected.

But I saw that even one interruption within any of these Micro Components would send shockwaves throughout the entire Network, when suddenly I heard these Words,  ”Watch!!  As the Web of Tyre now comes under the spotlight of Heaven!”

As I heard those Words, The Holy Spirit then showed me again that Tyre was not just a Wealthy and Ancient City, but it was the great Hub through which the Wealth of Nations was ebbed and flowed.

Now, as I continued reading Ezekiel 27, the Vision became even clearer and I read, as Nation after Nation was named, Tarshish, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, Dedan, Syria, Judah, Israel, Damascus, Arabia and Sheba.

Each Nation brought its merchandise into the City of Tyre, silver, gold, iron, precious stones, purple cloth, fine linen, honey, oil, wine, spices, livestock and timber; everything converged upon one place  ”Tyre”!

Tyre became the Meeting Place of Merchants, the Gathering Place of great Wealth, and the Gateway through which the Commerce of Nations continually flowed.

Then suddenly I understood by Revelation that what Ezekiel saw in Ancient form has now multiplied across the Nations of the earth in this Time.

Then I heard The Spirit say,  ”Watch and Pray over Gateway Cities, for a great Battle will take place over who will take possession and occupy!”

As I continued to watch, the Vision suddenly began to change, and though the Spiders Web remained before me, the Vision shifted and I began to see two ancient cities.

Then I heard,  ”The Tale of Two Cities!” — and on one side I saw the Ancient City of Tyre, and on the other side I saw the Ancient City of Jerusalem — the two cities faced each other!

As I looked at both cities, The Holy Spirit began to show me the City of Tyre as the great Commercial Gateway of the Nations and the City of Jerusalem as the Covenant City where God had chosen to place His Name.

As the Vision unfolded before me and as I looked upon both cities, Tyre and Jerusalem, I was reminded that Tyre was never Judged because it was wealthy or prospered greatly, but rather, the City of Tyre was Judged because her heart became lifted up through her beauty, wealth and global influence.

Tyre’s confidence was no longer in God — but in the work of her own hands!

And therefore we hear the Prophet Ezekiel declaring over Tyre,

”Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty,”   Ezekiel 28:17.

And in response to the Prophecy, the City of Tyre declared,

”I am Perfect in Beauty”   Ezekiel 27:3.

We see from this response, that clearly the issue was never commerce or prosperity.  The Spiritual issue was Pride and Idol Worship.

The heart of the matter was where Trust and Dependence had been placed.

Now, as I looked again at the Vision before me, I saw the City of Tyre still standing at the centre of this vast Web, drawing the Wealth of Nations to herself.

The merchants had become rich because of her and Kings traded through her, the seas carried her merchandise and she had become the confidence of many Nations.

But then my eyes were turned towards the City it Jerusalem, another ancient city, but not a City built or established upon commerce — but built upon the Foundations of Covenant — a Covenant City not called to gather the Wealth of Nations, but a City Called and Chosen to Reveal the Glory of God to The Nations.

And It was made so clear to me in the Vision how one City represented pride, rebellion and confidence in Worldly Systems, while the other represented total dependence upon the Government of God.

Now, as I continued watching in the Vision, my eyes were suddenly drawn to what stood between the two Cities — and there I saw Mount Carmel…

Amazingly, even geographically, if you look on a map, one will see that Mount Carmel sits between City of Tyre and City of Jerusalem along the north–south axis of the land.

The Holy Spirit began to deliberately draw my attention to Mount Carmel standing as a powerful Prophetic Sign, a place where the Righteous Altar of Elijah would rise between two Ancient Cities!

This, I submit, is no coincidence — neither in the natural nor in the supernatural.

I believe the Divine Positioning of Mount Carmel is profoundly Prophetic and speaks directly to the hour in which we are living and the Divine Confrontation that is taking place.

Immediately I understood with yet even greater clarity that “The Battle” has always been about “The Altars”!

Whoever controls The Altar, rules the City and has all authority over the Land!

Now, as I looked at the Altar of Elijah, 1 Kings 18 came before me.

Before Elijah called down fire from heaven or before the Prophets of Baal were Judged…or even before the Heavens gave rain, Elijah first repaired the broken-down Altar of The LORD!

“He repaired The Altar of The LORD that was broken down,”   1 Kings 18:30.

As I stayed watching, again I heard these words,  “Watch!  As a Divine Confrontation is taking place. 

Altar vs altar, Covenant vs covenant, City vs city, State vs state, Nation vs nation!”

Listen!  Stay with me….❤️

Yes!  The City of Tyre speaks to One System versus the City of Jerusalem, that represents another!

And standing between the Two Cities is Mount Carmel, the place of Divine Confrontation of Altars; the place where we see the Divided Heart of a Nation caught In-between, that would be fully exposed as the Righteous Altar was Restored and as the Fire fell!

This would be the place from where the Battle Cry of Elijah would go forth across both Cities!

“How long will you falter between two opinions? If The LORD is God, follow Him”   1 Kings 18:21.

I submit that this question still confronts the Nations and the Body of Christ today, for we are living in an hour when many have become totally dependent upon the systems of this World while professing Faith and Trust in The Kingdom of God.

We see so clearly that the issue at Mount Carmel was never only about the god of Baal or its false prophets — or even Jezebel — it was about “Spiritual Mixture.”

The Nation of Israel desired the Blessings of Covenant while maintaining an allegiance to another altar, to a counterfeit god that possessed no power to save, but only to oppress and to deceive a Nation.

🎯 And in this Hour — I submit that nothing has changed!

I hear these Words,  ”Watch and Pray, it’s time to release a Battle Cry — for the Altars of Elijah must be repaired before the Fire will fall!

The Altar must be restored before the Rain of Restoration comes to reverse the curse over The Nations!”

But then suddenly another dimension was quickened to me as the Vision unfolded, the Hebrew name for ”Tyre” — Tzur — is associated with “Rock,” and I am reminded that The Holy Spirit had spoken to me only days earlier when I heard the Words,  “Like a Millstone around the neck!”

God had showed me a great and exceedingly heavy Millstone that was hanging around the neck of what I saw and understood to be this vast Commercial and Economic System: Babylon!

And as I saw it, Revelation 18:21 came up before me,

“Then a mighty Angel took up a stone like a great millstone and threw it into the sea, saying, ‘Thus with violence the great city Babylon shall be thrown down, and shall not be found anymore,”   Revelation 18:21.

In this Vision today, the Prophetic Parallels become so clear.

God is revealing both in the Micro and in the Macro of the Beast System

In Ezekiel 27, we see the merchants mourn over Tyre, and in Revelation 18, we see the merchants mourn over Babylon.

🎯🔥 Note;

►  Ezekiel 27  →  2 + 7  =  9

►  Revelation 18  →  1 + 8  =  9

Again we see a powerful and timely Prophetic Pattern emerging!

• In Ezekiel 27, the ships of the sea cry out because the great Trading City has fallen….
• In Revelation 18, the kings, merchants and ship-masters stand afar off watching the smoke of Babylon’s complete destruction…

Now as I continued watching, The Holy Spirit began to reveal yet another dimension of the Vision.

🎯 Tyre & Babylon

I saw that Tyre speaks prophetically of the “Commercial Hub” of The Nations, to the great Gateways through which commerce, trade, wealth and influence continually flow…

…. but Babylon speaks and reveals the wider “World System” that has been built upon that Commercial Foundation.

Suddenly I understood why The LORD is now showing me. “The Web of Tyre”…

The Web reveals the intricate network of commerce, finance, shipping, technology, energy and trade that now stretches across The Nations, and Babylon reveals the broader systems and structures that have become increasingly dependent upon that intricate World Wide Web…

Tyre reveals the Hub and the Gateway — and Babylon reveals the System…

Babylon reveals the Kingdoms that have become intertwined through those Gateways…

Tyre reveals the marketplace while Babylon clearly reveals the Global System that has exalted itself against the Government and Kingdom of God.

🎯  Fall and Never Recover

And then I heard The Spirit say,  ”The Web of Tyre has become the strength of the Babylonian System.

When the Web is shaken, the System built upon it shall shake, fall and never recover!”

As I heard those Words, suddenly I heard what sounded like the rushing of a mighty Wind, and as I continued watching, the Web remained before me, every strand was still connected and every Gateway still functioning and every Nation still dependent upon another.

But suddenly the Sound of the mighty rushing Wind got louder and louder and as the Sound grew louder the atmosphere in the Vision became weighty, a deep prophetic sense of a Mighty Move of The Spirit was about to take place!

Then I watched as a mighty Rushing Wind began to rise simultaneously from the North, the South, the East and from the West and I heard in my Spirit, ”The Four Winds of the Four Faces of God!”

I watched intently as the Four Winds increased in strength and power and The Holy Spirit suddenly quickened something profound to me, for as I looked, I could see the Four Winds rising and the Face of The Lion, The Ox, The Man and The Eagle appeared within the midst of try Four Winds.

Again I knew by Revelation that I was being shown the fullness of God’s Kingdom Government beginning to converge and move across The Nations.

I saw the mighty Lion roaring within the Four Winds with Sovereign Power and Authority over the Kingdoms of Men as then I saw the Face of the Ox going forth in great force, plowing, uprooting and overturning Systems and Structures that have stood in defiance and rebellion against the purposes of God.

Then I saw the Face of the Man appear in the midst of the Four Winds bringing Righteous Judgment, Divine Wisdom, Counsel and a Holy Distinction between those who are His and those who have trusted in the arm of flesh.

And then I saw the Face of a mighty Eagle, it’s eyes like blazing Fire; the Eagle, rising higher and higher above The Nations; the Wind of the Spirit bringing forth a powerful Prophetic Vision and heavenly Revelation to a Rising Remnant that is being Called to “Come up Higher” — to soar above the mighty Shaking!

Then I heard these Words,  ”Watch!  For the Four Winds of the Four Faces shall blow forth across The Nations with the fullness of the Power and Authority of My Kingdom Government!

Watch, for the dimensions of The Spirit and Power of Elijah shall be revealed in the Lion, the Ox, the Man and the Eagle, in the midst of the greater Shaking!”

As I watched, the Four Winds of the Four Faces blow and my eyes were turned again towards the great Spider’s Web, and I watched as it began to tremble as I saw that every strand that had connected The Nations together, began to Shake violently — the Gateways, the Trade Routes, the Financial Markets, the Shipping Lanes, the Technologies, the World Currencies, the Military Alliances and Political Agreements…

Everything that men had meticulously and strategically woven together began to break and unravel before the Ruach Breath of Almighty God!

Then suddenly I heard,  ”The webs of deception and corruption woven by the hands of wicked and evil men cannot withstand The Four Winds of The Four Faces of God!

I say, watch what men have woven together — My Breath shall unravel!”

Ha!   And suddenly, within moments, what seemed like in the twinkling of an eye, in but a day, I saw the entire Spider’s Web that had stretched across The Nations was lifted and blown away!

Nothing, absolutely nothing remained.  The Arm of the flesh, broken.  The confidence of men had vanished before their eyes, as their Systems that had appeared untouchable, had been swept away in but a moment.

But then suddenly my eyes were once again drawn back to what stood between the Two Ancient Cities or Tyre and Jerusalem.

Again I saw Mount Carmel and the now restored Altar of Elijah standing between the Two Ancient Cities as again I heard these Words,   ”The Battle has always been over who controls The Altar!”

”How long will you falter between two opinions? If The LORD is God, follow Him,”   1 Kings 18:21.

I submit that this same Cry is now echoing throughout The Nations, as The Church is being called back to The Altar, back to Covenant, back to wholehearted Devotion — and back to The Fear of The LORD!

As I continued watching, I was reminded again that the Hebrew name for Tyre, Tzur, is associated with “Rock” and immediately the Vision of the great Millstone hanging around the neck of this Commercial System came before me again.

The very thing in which The Nations had placed their confidence had become the weight that would ultimately bring it down.

Revelation 18:21 was quickened in my spirit…

”Thus with violence the great city Babylon shall be thrown down, and shall not be found anymore”  Revelation 18:21.

Watchmen, I believe the Four Winds of the Four Faces of God are beginning to converge and will begin to blow forth across The Nations.

The Righteous Remnant is being Marked.  The Broken-down Altars are being Restored, and the Spider Web of Corruption and Deception of Men is about to be shaken and fully removed.

But Listen!  The Kingdom of our God shall Remain!

His Throne is unshaken and His Purposes shall stand forever!

Watch the Sign in the Heavens — the Eclipse — the Number 27 — and Reduced Visibility!

Watchmen, I must add this tonight, 12 August, 2026 — 12/08/2026, that I have not yet published this Word which I received on the 7^th August, and today, 12^th August 2026 a major Solar Eclipse took place, and across The United Kingdom and Ireland, much of the sun was obscured, while “totality” crossed Greenland, Iceland and Spain.

This was the greatest Solar Eclipse visible from these shores since August 1999, when suddenly the timing arrested my attention…

1999 — 2026  =  27 Years!

Again  27!

Ezekiel 27…

►  5787  =  5 + 7 + 8 + 7  =  27

►  2027  =  27

And now this Eclipse comes exactly ► 27 Years after 1999!

►  Again :  2 + 7  =  9

►  Ezekiel 27 =  9  — The Lamentation and Judgment of Tyre

►  Revelation 18  =  9  — The Judgment of Babylon!

But then tonight as I was writing, I suddenly saw a picture of a 4×4 Land Rover, and suddenly as I heard the Sound of gears shift into a lower gear I heard,  “We Are Ascending…  Less Speed … but Greater Torque …  Lower Gear for Going Higher!”

Then I saw a steep road with very sharp corners ahead and understood that the greater Ascent will demand greater Power, Traction, Discernment and Dependency upon God!

Then “4×4” got my attention — …4 …4 …4 …4…

Four Winds : North… South… East… West…

The very Four Winds The LORD had shown me in this Vision!

Then I was reminded that it was on the Fourth Day that God appointed the lights in the heavens, saying,

”let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years”   Genesis 1:14.

The Sun… the Moon… the Stars… Day Four!

And then suddenly — 2 Corinthians 4:4!

”The god of this world hath BLINDED THE MINDS…lest the LIGHT … should shine unto them,”   2 Corinthians 4:4.

4:4 — Blinding — Obscured Light — Reduced Visibility!

Suddenly I saw the Prophetic Parallel…

The astronomical Eclipse itself became a powerful Prophetic Analogy…

A spirit of darkness that is seeking to Obscure The Light, blind the minds and reduce Spiritual Visibility in an hour of Divine Transition and Ascension.

But an Eclipse does not extinguish the Sun… the Light has only been temporarily obscure!

Then Amos 8:9 came before me…

”I will cause the SUN TO GO DOWN AT NOON, and I will DARKEN THE EARTH IN THE CLEAR DAY”  Amos 8:9.

and suddenly I saw another Prophetic Timeline of Judgment in Amos 8…

• Corrupt Commerce and False Balances — Amos 8:5…
• The Earth Trembles — Amos 8:8…
• The Sun is Darkened — Amos 8:9…
• A Famine of Hearing the Words of The LORD — Amos 8:11…

Again, the Prophetic Pattern speaks directly into Ezekiel 27…

Tyre — the Merchants — the Commerce of the Nations — the Shaking — the Darkening — and Reduced Spiritual Visibility!
