What is this vacancy in my heart that tears at my soul?

I want to be with you, but I run and run, I sit, I wonder, What is it that I am running from?

What is it that keeps me away from My Beloved? Have I become hardened somewhere deep in my heart?

Am I responding to the death I see around me?

Dead hearts, dead ears, dead mouths?

Those that do not know YOU and the love you bore?

What is this numbness in my soul?

Why do I retreat and then longing fills my soul when I read of someone touched by Your GLORY!

I want to be near you to sit at Your feet, to FEEL YOU! To be touched by YOU! That is the only place of comfort!

How can I rid myself of this bondage? I long to be with You! To be near You, to smell Your fragrance once again.

Longing fills my heart but the distractions persist, and I wonder what it is You are doing in My heart, that I weep so profusely.

How much more, oh LORD?

Will I ever get past this phase of tears?

Then You show me the faces, the faces of little children. I remember my own face as a child and I remember the wanting to see You, even then!

Oh, show them YOUR BEAUTY OH LORD!

Show them they are NOT alone. Let them see the angels! Let them FEEL Your mighty LOVE!

I see the longing of the nations, the needs of the multitudes, and my heart utters things I do not understand!

I hear about violence from a fragile soul, so tender and yet tormented, and my heart cries, and I long to see her free.

I long to see them all know how great You are. How real You feel! They don’t know LORD!

They don’t know YOU are the Source of all they need!

MANIFEST Your glory Abba! Manifest Your love to this generation! Don’t let them continue to utter vanities, and Seek after idols and the vain philosophies of men.

Don’t let them wallow in the world and despair! Release them from torments and the rage of never knowing Love and kindness, of never knowing true love.

The refrain keeps going on….
“I wanna know what love is…”

That is what they need.

That is what we all need Abba! Pour out Your love LORD!

POUR OUT YOUR LOVE !
