The Welsh Flag — A Serious Warning!
The Welsh Flag — A short, sharp Warning!
I recently posted a comment I’d received about the Welsh dragon flag.
Since then, The LORD has been talking to me, revealing His heart, about Wales, Flags, Revival and so on.
I believe I can sum up those conversations quite briefly in one sentence!
Where the old flag, The Flag of Saint David showing a gold cross on a black background — where that flag is honoured — I believe The LORD will allow His Holy Spirit to minister.
But where the new flag, The Red Dragon Flag, is honoured, there His Holy Spirit will be withheld!
In other words — where Saint David’s Flag is flown over a Meeting — Revival will be possible!
But where Saint David’s Flag is omitted, The LORD will omit Revival!
Short, sweet, and to the point — that’s it!
The choice is with each Church.
It includes no-one. It excludes no-one.
Wales — You choose whether or not to allow The LORD to move by His Spirit.
Wales — the choice of Revival — or nothing — is yours!
This really is one of those “thus saith The LORD” Words!

Chris Bennett came to salvation in 1962 but didn’t begin ministry until 2007 — a late-comer! Now mandated by The LORD to prophesy and open old wells of revival in the U.K., but especially in Wales. He has also operated Healing Rooms, and worked with deliverance teams, all with his wife, Linda. Happily now doing whatever The LORD asks of them! Founder, with wife Linda, of their ministry The Upper Room Encounter.
Mae’n ddrwg gen i nad yw fy iaith Gymraeg yn dda.
Personally I would choose the colours the other way round, black cross on yellow, maybe with cinquefoil also. It is already sometimes used. There will be no other flag in the world like it and it will reflect Welsh history but also be new, representing the new Wales.
Thank you for the link Jamak and peace to you also.
But the gold cross on black is not truly the flag of David anyhow. The true flag has cinquefoils and was never intended to be a flag for Wales, which did not exist then as one political unit. This modern flag is based on the badge of the 38th Welsh infantry from the last world war. It is too similar to St Piran’s Flag, which may be older or may only date to turn of 18th-19th century and the rise of Cornish nationalism but is still representing Cornwall for a lot more time. Maybe Wales can design a new flag which is not so like somebody else’s, or ask permission to use the cinquefoils?
