Those Who Once Were in the Faith
Saints, the Love of Christ Jesus, is the greatest aim in this life, as we pick up our cross and follow Him.
Glory to God!
Jesus states in Matthew 24, that in the end days, the love of many will grow cold.
“…then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” Matthew 24:10-14 AMPC.
The love, Jesus is referring to, are those who once were in the faith, and abandoned it, due to the iniquity that abounds in the times, in which this generation shall live.
We’re there presently, as platforms are filled with information, largely that of criticism and judging, and because of pain and pride in the heart, people don’t realize the accountability at the Judgment Seat of Christ, in regard to every idle word we speak.
I’ll never forget hearing a minister who died and appeared before the Judgment Seat.
As he was being judged, in disbelief, he couldn’t get over the fact of all that was being spoken in regard to what he spoke, when then the witness that came forth, was his own mouth!
The LORD resurrected this man and told him, to tell the people about his warnings in regard to what they speak.
“A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.” Matthew 12:35-37 AMPC.
Presently, because the times are full of iniquity, the criticism and judgment that fills the airwaves, especially on social media, have created more havoc and mockery against the saints, whereby the enemy is trying to wear them out, as in Daniel 7:25, and this you must resist!
In November 2021 I had a Dream, which I’ve copied and pasted below.
In the dream last night, I saw Jesus carrying His Cross to Calvary.
He looked at me and told me the way was narrow and that I had to keep my eyes on Him and where I was going and not others.
He showed me how the enemy had distracted me with different things in my life that were meant to hurt me and make me feel bad through those whose intentions were for evil and not good, and again He walked carrying His Cross, as I followed Him to Calvary.
I followed Him carrying my cross and it was almost as if it weighed like nothing, so I had to check to make sure I was still carrying it, at which I discovered I was. However, the weight of it was like carrying a feather.
The scene then shifts as He warns me again how narrow the way is and then I get to the top of this mountain with my cross, where there are these steep steps.
There is a handrail going down the middle of these stone steps with people sitting on the left side, which were people coming down; they’d left being crucified with Christ and couldn’t handle it.
On the right side of the handrail, it was so so so narrow, unlike the left side where people had left.
The right side was so narrow that you had to keep your hand on the steep step as you went up the mountain, because on the right side there was no rail, and you would fall off of the mountain.
The LORD warned me that I had to walk in His safety and safely up the steps lest I fall. He confirmed about getting out of unhealthy relationships with those who meant harm for me because I wouldn’t make it up the mountain otherwise.
This is what’s crazy; the condo we moved into this year June 2025, looks exactly like these steps!
Saints, many have left the faith, and their love has grown cold, because of the judgmental attitudes they’ve held onto, which has caused them to have the thorns and thistles of the world grow within their soul, choking out the Word of Truth, whereby they’ve lost understanding, and have left the faith!
They’re no longer in the faith!
We have to be in the place of fasting and praying and living a life of The Love of Christ!
Others will know us by our Love for one another!
“May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love, That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God’s devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it]; [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses [f]mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]!” Ephesians 3:17-19 AMPC.

This is so true. Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. Their inward intentions are evil and harmful but on the outside they will be full of bravado
