Wales — Redemption is at Hand

And not just Wales — but The United Kingdom, Europe, and much wider.

It’s true, I have fairly hammered the Welsh Church recently, and it’s also true that I don’t, I cannot, withdraw a single word of it!

So when The LORD speaks to me about Wales, I tend to sit to attention!

“It’s time for redemption!” was all He said.

I knew that I knew He was talking about Wales, so first of all, I was surprised.

Then I protested, “But LORD,” I said, “You said that Wales has declined, rejected Revival!”

“That’s why there has to be Redemption!” He replied.

I had no chance to respond before The LORD took me into a Vision, and in this Vision, I saw three distinct scenarios –

• Scene 1: 1904
• Scene 2: Today gloom doom, young turning, The United Kingdom disintegration
• Scene 3: What’s just over the horizon? The New Church!

In 1904 the great Welsh Revival manifested first in Blaenannerch when Evan Roberts submitted to the Holy Spirits baptism of fire, then, a few weeks later, in Moriah Chapel, Loughor, when Holy Spirit manifested in what we now know as the revival proper, spreading throughout the world and igniting the fire in Azusa Street, Los Angeles.

I witnessed scenes in those meetings across South Wales and beyond. I saw grown men, miners, hard tough men, weeping for mercy at the altars.

I saw the magistrates surprise when presented with white gloves because there were no cases to try — no drunks, no fights, no thievery, no crime — whole communities changed by the love and mercy of God!

Next I was transported through time to today.

I saw all the corruption, immorality, hopelessness.

I saw Isaiah 40:30 and Amos 8:13 fulfilled as young men (and young women) wandered around seeking that elusive ‘something better than this’!

“Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall,” Isaiah 40:30

“In that day the fair virgins and strong young men shall faint from thirst.” Amos 8:13.

I saw the longing, the yearning, for hope to be restored; almost a reason to keep on living!

I saw governments failing, losing all reason as the rampant evil and corruption threatened to destroy whole nations.

I saw Revival lost to Wales — rejected and refused because of pride.

I saw Churches looking at each other saying, “What can we do brothers?”

I saw and heard The LORD weeping, crying out, “Whom shall I send?”

Then I heard a small voice call back, “Here I am LORD, send me!”

There is a Remnant Church that was, and is, alive and active!

As I heard this last response, I was transported once again.

I was in Wales, at some moment in the future. Things were still rough, even bad. Persecution was rife. Many still had their heads buried in the sand — in denial.

BUT . . .

There was a new hope in the air. A sense of renewed purpose. Many Churches were crowded — not all, only those who had repented and received The Holy Spirit anew!

People were healed.

People were delivered — from addictions, from alcohol, from abuse.

People were smiling, loving — not fearful, grumpy, or hateful.

The Church was being The Church as Christ wanted it.

Laying hands on people, anointing people,

Healing the sick, feeding the poor, sharing, loving . . .

I thought to myself, ‘New Jerusalem?’ but The LORD smiled and said, “No, but a step in the right direction!

This is Redemption for those willing to pay the price — willing to Repent — willing to turn from their own old wicked ways and willing to actually take up their cross and truly follow Me!”

As He spoke these last words, I felt the warmth of His smile and the peace that passes all understanding.

Yes there IS Redemption ready and waiting for Wales.

The time may be short, but here’s the important thing — there’s still time.

The LORD is waiting for wales to respond.

Don’t delay any longer — please!
