We Must Keep it Real Simple
Good morning.
So many times we overthink and can complicate things in life!
If you are not guilty that’s good, but it applies to me at times. May we just be real with one another, here?
The LORD wishes us to keep things real simple.
The world tries to crowd us out with hurry, bustle and rush!
Many times I have went back to this scripture to help me keep balanced in my Christian walk. I share it again today.
“He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?” Micah 6:8.
This song has the lyrics along with it. It really blesses me by Danny Gokey.
Hopefully it will encourage you up also.
“Master, which is the great commandment in the law Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” Matthew 22:36-40.
“A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.” John 13:34-35.
We can keep it real simple and love God and love people!
