Word of God, Will You Speak to Us?
Let Us Keep the Vision Alive and Well
Good morning.
A couple days back, I was just in a prayer and consecration time.
I clearly heard The LORD admonish and speak to me: “Catch a vision. For without a vision the people perish.”
Surely that is for us all but it was for me personally, first!
What our LORD speaks to our hearts, will or should always line up with His Holy Word!
“Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.”
Proverbs 29:18.
A small but important detour here to bring out some scriptures from the New Testament.
We know Jesus fulfilled the law, but He didn’t do away with the law!
Here is His Words to one of the scribes:
“And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:29-31.
This song is one of my very favorite of all times. I hope you will enjoy it.
Now take a look at these scriptures, also:
“I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” Habakkuh 2:1-3.
Some concluding thoughts:
- We must never lose sight of just who’s side we are on!
- The Holy God of Israel never slumbers or sleeps!
- If we truly are bowing at His feet, we will never bow at Baal’s feet!
May we never lose sight of His Holy Vision for us all, either!

So true my sister – may we never lose sight of His Vision for us all. I would like to encourage those who have given up to get back in and stay in, drawing closer to God in Reading His Word, Praying, Worshipping and Seeking Him. There is no better life we will ever have until we give Him ours Completely.
