Are there “conditions” set upon prophecy, in order for the word to come to pass, or to happen according to what is stated within it?

I heard The Spirit say, “Daughter, you will taste it — before you see it!” and again The Holy Spirit said for a second time, “You will taste it — before you see it!”

I saw The Body of Christ (His Church) as a jet plane that God had grounded, so that the mechanics could inspect it.
