Safe and Secure
“I AM your place of safety,” says The LORD.
“My Secret Place is a peaceful place. It is a hiding place. It is a place of tranquility. It is a quiet place.
“For as you enter into My Presence, you will shut out all the racket, close the door to endless demands, and escape the raging storms of life.
“I will silence your fears. I will calm the internal and external storms in your life. I will whisper soft, reassuring and wonderful words of life into your ears as I embrace you in My loving arms,” says The LORD.
“You are safe and secure in Me at all times,” says The LORD.
“My love for you is unimpeachable, unchanging, and dependable. I will never abandon you, disappoint you, refuse you, or abuse you.
“Although others have forgotten you, forsaken you, disrespected you, rejected you, wounded you, and betrayed you, I will never do that.
“I will remain your faithful friend, the true lover of your soul, and dependable caregiver.
“Don’t fear to come close to Me, for My arms are outstretched for you.
“I long for intimacy and fellowship with you, and My Goodness and Mercy for you is free of pain, enduring, abiding, and you will find authentic, uninterrupted comfort and peace in My Presence,” says The LORD.
Prayer
Thank You LORD, that even as we age, You will not abandon us.
You have made us, and value our lives.
You will carry us, bear all our burdens as we cast them upon you, and You will deliver us out of all our distresses as we entrust our care and the care of those we love upon You.
You will not fail us or forsake us, but keep us night and day, and we are safe.
