Someone Today is Worrying About Tomorrow
Someone today is worrying about tomorrow.
We all do. You are worried about your children, or your health, or your bills.
And as I was asking Abba Father for a Word He said, “Gratefulness is a stepping stone to tomorrow’s victory.
Worry will make you forget My Goodness.
Worry robs you of Faith.
Remembering My Goodness and Lovingkindness will open your eyes to see what I AM about to do in your life!”
And I saw the Bride of Christ. She was so disturbed in her spirit and loaded down with cares and worries.
But The LORD opened her eyes and her heart to see where she had been and where she was going.
How He had never left her and that her feet were still upon the Rock. The Living Waters were still flowing all around her and the Sunshine of His Smile still warmed her. New Life was springing up all around her.
And she saw the stepping stones God had placed beneath her feet, the Stones of Remembrance of past victories.
So let us take a little break from the battles today, and rest in the quiet place of Grace and Gratitude. And He shall open your eyes to SEE as He does!
“Beloved, I know that your present circumstances have been hard, but try to remember what I have done for you in the past.
Remember the doors I opened, the dangers I carried you through, the prayers I answered, the times My Lovingkindness met you before you even knew you needed it.
Do not allow the weight of today to erase the great testimonies of yesterday.
I AM the same loving Father, Yesterday, today, and forever.
He who helped you then has not changed.
I AM still faithful.
I AM still near.
I AM still working on your behalf.
I AM still devoted to you.
Gratitude will lift your eyes from what is missing.
It will help you see what My Hand has already provided.
It will remind your heart that you have never walked alone.
Gratefulness is a stepping stone to tomorrow’s victory.
Worry will make you forget My Goodness.
Worry robs you of faith.
Gather up the memories of My Goodness.
Speak of them.
Treasure them.
Let every past victory become a Stone of Remembrance beneath your feet.
Do not rush past the places where I was faithful.
Pause upon them.
Stand there for a while and feel My Love for you.
They are not merely memories they are testimonies that I AM always faithful.
For what I have done before, I will do again.
For when you remember what I have done, Hope will rise again for what I AM about to do.
He who is Faithful will do it!
Every answered prayer, every healing, every rescue, every quiet provision is a permanent stone I have placed beneath your feet.
You will not be moved.”
This is from The LORD, and it is marvelous in our eyes!
“I will give You thanks, for You have answered me, and You have become my salvation. The STONE the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This is from The LORD, and it is marvelous in our eyes.” Psalm 118:21-23.
“Have you never read this Scripture: ‘The STONE the builders rejected has become the cornerstone.” Mark 12:10.
“This Jesus is ‘the STONE you builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone.” Acts 4:11.
“This shall be a sign among you; when your children ask later, saying, ‘What do these stones mean to you?’ then you shall say to them, ‘That the waters of the Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of The LORD; when it crossed the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off.’ So these STONES shall become a MEMORIAL to the sons of Israel forever.” Joshua 4:6-7.
“Bless The LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.” Psalm 103:2.
“Rejoice evermore… In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18.
“…Be ye thankful… singing with grace in your hearts to The LORD.” Colossians 3:15–17.
“…Rooted and built up in Him… abounding therein with thanksgiving.” Colossians 2:6–7.
