A Warning for Us All!
A week in London, my home town, provided a shock and a warning for me!
First, I became aware then amazed at how very quickly I became a typical Londoner again.
The realisation came after just three days when I obviously became aware of the old evils that surrounded me as a young man.
I started praying in tongues in a situation I had placed myself in.
Without prayer or even thinking, I exposed myself to the undercurrent of satanic influences around me — it was a ‘natural’ thing to do!
I recognised the old, which I had long since rejected, and embraced it as an old, easily recognised, friend. It wasn’t a friend at all — rather it was the enemy of my soul masquerading as an old friend and welcoming me back to my old haunts, my old way of life.
All this came as a shocking realisation and warning to be alert and stay alert at all times — because the enemy is always roaming around seeking whom he can devour and destroy!
It’s so easy to slip and slide, but hallelujah, The Holy Spirit is always alert and ready to warn/protect us!
Inadvertently or not, I was found to fall short of Gods standard — I was examined and found wanting!
But God . . .

Chris, I loved, “I was examined and found wanting”.. hmmm we must weigh, measure every thought that we are not found lacking”.
As I read this, I kept hearing, Take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Cor 10:5) Basically, once again we arrive at the constant spiritual war that is raging because we are in a battle for our minds…Just as you said,”it was the enemy of my soul masquerading as an old friend and welcoming me back to my old haunts”. Amen, That is the real battle..if we fail to conquer our fleshly feelings and thoughts, and rise up in the spirit, we lose..it is truly a battle stop and measure our thoughts and allow our spirit control EVERYTHING! The battle for the nations is a perfect example of the mind over spirit and spirit over mind. So simple but we must always be in the drivers seat and let our spirit take control!

Yes – it’s so easy to fall back into old ways. But God has given us Holy Spirit to teach us, lead us, guard us, and protect us And for that I am ever grateful
This write up was the topic of our Devotional of May 21, 2025 with the Scriptural text from Ephesians 4:22-29.
I couldn’t read it that same day but decided to read the above Ephesians 4:22-29 last night(22/5/2025) before bedtime. Coincidentally, prophet Chris posted the above word on 22/5/2025 which is a confirmation of the word.
I will quote specifically Ephesians 4:22-23,27,& 29. .
Vs 22: That you put off concerning the former way of life the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts.
Vs 23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind.
Vs 27 Neither give place to the devil
The warning above to me is same as Ephesians 4:22-29.
Thank you Abba Father, thank you Jesus Christ our saviour, thank you Holy spirit for this warning and confirmation.

I can relate, on Tuesday i got myself entangled with people I was asked to leave by God .
oh, We have Jesus . we repent and pray and ask the Lord to keep us from negative consequences .
These days we should walk stealthily.
