Counting The Cost of Discipleship
I was just talking to another Apostle and I was saying to them, how YAHWEH has refilled me twice in the last three days.
I understand it was needful for the shift of authority, responsibility and mandate that He has now commanded me to walk in.
It’s something when you are wanting to pour out, but you get frustrated because of the immaturity of so many in this hour!
It’s hard when you are constantly getting downpours from YAH and you have all these revelations and teachings, and you can’t really find persons committed enough, to sit long enough, to get the training and teaching necessary for them to get to their destiny.
Finding that remnant, who will allow somebody to complete the assignment they have with them, is hard.
I’m watching people miss the opportunity to have the advantage of walking with leaders who truly have a heart for souls, because they don’t want to submit to the commitment and regiment of obedience necessary to bring them into purpose!
So many don’t understand that those leaders who have a heart for people and ministry are overwhelmed with the passion of helping the people.
The hours spent in prayer, studying, learning and advancing so that they can continue to be able to pour fresh revelation and knowledge into the people, are priceless.
I was saying to the Apostle that there is a dissatisfaction in the traditional church because of their inability to continue to move forward in change.
It’s disheartening when you know that there is so much more that YAH wants to do, but man shuts it down for their agenda.
I’m tired of going places and know exactly what’s going to happen; no surprises; nothing different; the same program every time.
Even when going to preach in some places, the atmosphere will shift and be set for the LORD to move, but the preachers will go back into their program, resisting the Holy Ghost!
Tonight I’m praying much for a great move of YAH in which we will experience the Glory of YAH in greater measures.
The miracles, signs and wonders that I’m expecting, require great sacrifices and much commitment to fasting and prayer and consecration.
But the price is small compared to the results that will come.
Well, in expectation for a mighty manifestation, I don’t mind waiting on the LORD to show up!
Counting The Cost of Business
The Spirit of YAH has been having me praying very much lately for businesses and business owners.
He has been having me declare and decreed some things concerning how we, as Born-Again believers should be conducting business in order to see good success and the favor of YAH upon the work of our hands.
He spoke something I would like to share this morning.
Marketing: The activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering and exchanging offers that have value for customers, clients, partners and society at large.
The management process through which goods and services move from concept to customer.
Gimmick: An ingenious device, scheme or stratagem, especially one designed to attract attention or increase appeal.
A trick or device intended to attract attention, publicity or business.
A concealed usually devious aspect or feature of something.
“Seest thou a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men,” Proverbs 22:29.
As I was laying before YAHWEH this morning, He begin to deal with me about business and conducting ourselves properly in business matters.
He talked to me about the Spirit of Excellence when dealing with people in business and public relationship matters.
As He spoke He said two words, “MARKETING” and “GIMMICKS.”
He said there should never be a time that we should divert to devious methods in business to gain the public attention or monetary gain.
He said there are too many CHRISTIAN business owners who have submitted their business reputations to persons who only saw it as making money, and not building also, integrity and honor among society.
He said persons who only want to make money, forsake these two areas in business and will resort to gimmicks that are full of lies and trickery, to draw the people to fill their pockets.
One thing I have noticed are the marketing techniques that many are operating in.
Most people whom I have met lately who wants to start a business, or have gone into business, have no clue as to what they are doing, or how to get it done.
They just started something, without a secure business plan, or upfront finances or marketing strategies.
Most people say they just stepped out in faith, but faith without works is dead.
I’m finding out that many people are failing, because they have not counted up the cost of operating a business, not have obtained the vital information necessary for the business to succeed.
Knowing what all is needed to establish a business, is important!
So many are getting discouraged because they have not done their research concerning the business they want to establish.
According to the above scripture, we should be going into business to help others, not for greed.
Our business should be reputable, honest, trustworthy, full of integrity and displaying the attributes of YAH.
As we conduct business in an honorable way, the favor of YAH will overtake our business and we will see great increase and also attract the attention of those that hold great honor in society.
Operating above reproach should be a set goal and earning the trust of the public.
There are too many businesses operated by believers, that have bad reputations.
Maintaining good ethics and operating in efficiency, are also attributes that should be displayed.
We must remember that we are also representing the Kingdom of YAH in all we do!
Those of you who want to go into business but yet you don’t have any experience, should connect to a Business Consulting Firm to find out all you would need to start, operate and maintain a business.
Don’t be like so many others who are operating in business, but quit within six months because they didn’t sit down and count up the cost!
You have to be diligent in business if you want to succeed.
Businesses fail often because people are not willing to work hard and be honorable.
Remember, integrity, honesty, trustworthiness and being a person of your word ,will attract and keep customers. But gimmicks, games, schemes and a lack of integrity, will get you a bad reputation, a business collapse, and possibly some time in jail.
Again, remember that the business is also representing the character of YAH through you as you engage the public.
What will people think when they hear your name and the name of your business?
