I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare to those who are young in the Lord: you are RIDDING yourselves of all malice, deceit, hypocrisy and envy, and of all the ways there are of speaking against one another; and you are like NEWBORN babies, THIRSTY for the pure milk of the WORD; so that by it, you will grow up into deliverance.
  For you have tasted that the Lord is GOOD!
• I decree and declare, as we come to Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, the LIVING STONE, we are being BUILT into a SPIRITUAL HOUSE to be Priests SET APART for God to offer spiritual sacrifices ACCEPTABLE to Him through Christ/ Messiah!
• I decree and declare Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah is PRECIOUS to you who KEEP TRUSTING.
  But to those who are not trusting, He is a Stone that will make people STUMBLE, a Rock over which they will trip.
  They are stumbling at the Word, disobeying it – as was planned.
• I decree and declare you are a CHOSEN PEOPLE, the King’s Priests, a HOLY NATION, a People for God to POSSESS!
  You are NOW God’s People and you have RECEIVED His MERCY!
• I decree and declare you are ALIENS and TEMPORARY RESIDENTS who do not give into the desires of your old nature but LIVE SUCH GOOD LIVES among the World that they will SEE your good actions and give GLORY to God on the Day of His Coming!
• I decree and declare that by doing GOOD, which is God’s WILL, you will SILENCE the ignorant talk of foolish people.
  You are RESPECTFUL to ALL, loving the People of God, fearing God and HONORING the Leaders of the Land.
• I decree and declare you are GLAD when people hate you and ostracize you and insult you and denounce you as a criminal on account of the Son of Man.
  Yes, DANCE for JOY, because in Heaven your REWARD is great!
• I decree and declare you LOVE your enemies and do GOOD to those who hate you, BLESS those who curse you, and PRAY for those who mistreat you!
  Treat others as you would like them to treat you. LOVE your enemies, do GOOD, and lend expecting nothing back!
• I decree and declare YOUR REWARD IS GREAT AS YOU treat your enemies well, heaping coals upon their heads.
  You are Children of Almighty; for He is kind to the ungrateful and the wicked and shows COMPASSION to all. (Romans 12:20).
• I decree and declare you, Children of God, ENCOURAGE each other, and build each other up.
  You are RESPECTFUL of those who are working hard among you, those who are GUIDING you in the Lord and CONFRONTING you in order to HELP YOU CHANGE.
  Treat them with the HIGHEST REGARD and LOVE because of the work they are doing.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Therefore, putting aside all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander, ² like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation, ³ if you have tasted the kindness of the Lord. ⁴ And coming to Him as to a living stone which has been rejected by men, but is choice and precious in the sight of God, ⁵ you also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. ⁶ For this is contained in Scripture: “Behold, I lay in Zion a choice stone, a precious corner stone, and he who believes in Him will not be disappointed.” ⁷ This precious value, then, is for you who believe; but for those who disbelieve, “The stone which the builders rejected, this became the very corner stone,” ⁸ and,“A stone of stumbling and a rock of offense”; for they stumble because they are disobedient to the word, and to this doom they were also appointed. ⁹ But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellences of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; ¹⁰ for you once were not a people, but now you are the people of God; you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy. ¹¹ Beloved, I urge you as aliens and strangers to abstain from fleshly lusts which wage war against the soul. ¹² Keep your behavior excellent among the Gentiles, so that in the thing in which they slander you as evildoers, they may because of your good deeds, as they observe them, glorify God in the day of visitation. ¹³ Submit yourselves for the Lord’s sake to every human institution, whether to a king as the one in authority, ¹⁴ or to governors as sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and the praise of those who do right. ¹⁵ For such is the will of God that by doing right you may silence the ignorance of foolish men. ¹⁶ Act as free men, and do not use your freedom as a covering for evil, but use it as bondslaves of God. ¹⁷ Honor all people, love the brotherhood, fear God, honor the king,” 1 Peter 2:1-17.

“²² Blessed are you when men hate you, and ostracize you, and insult you, and scorn your name as evil, for the sake of the Son of Man. ²³ Be glad in that day and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is great in heaven. For in the same way their fathers used to treat the prophets. ²⁴ But woe to you who are rich, for you are receiving your comfort in full. ²⁵ Woe to you who are well-fed now, for you shall be hungry. Woe to you who laugh now, for you shall mourn and weep. ²⁶ Woe to you when all men speak well of you, for their fathers used to treat the false prophets in the same way.
²⁷ “But I say to you who hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, ²⁸ bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. ²⁹ Whoever hits you on the cheek, offer him the other also; and whoever takes away your coat, do not withhold your shirt from him either. ³⁰ Give to everyone who asks of you, and whoever takes away what is yours, do not demand it back. ³¹ Treat others the same way you want them to treat you. ³² If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. ³³ If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. ³⁴ If you lend to those from whom you expect to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners in order to receive back the same amount. ³⁵ But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He Himself is kind to ungrateful and evil men. ³⁶ Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful. ³⁷ “Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned. ³⁸ Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure — pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return,” Luke 6:22-38.

“¹¹ Therefore encourage one another and build up one another, just as you also are doing. ¹² But we request of you, brethren, that you appreciate those who diligently labor among you, and have charge over you in the Lord and give you instruction, ¹³ and that you esteem them very highly in love because of their work. Live in peace with one another. ¹⁴ We urge you, brethren, admonish the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone. ¹⁵ See that no one repays another with evil for evil, but always seek after that which is good for one another and for all people,” 1 Thessalonians 5:11-15.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
