Decree a Thing!
We can and are commanded to decree with our mouths.
What pleases God with our mouths, He shall bring it forth.
The light is manifesting in these days of decrees and Jesus is the light to bring newness, fresh shoots and growth of that which he has ordained from the beginning of time for this time.
I believe many are understanding the fresh shoots and just keep being watered beloved.😊
