— Ask for PENTECOST!
THE GLORY OF GOD can depart from HIS People because of their disobedience and lack of repentance.
But repentance, humility (obedience) and supplication before THE LORD can bring HIS GLORY pouring heavier than the heaviest tropical rain.
“Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD, and that He may send JESUS CHRIST…” Acts 3:19-21 emphasis added.
“When The Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a Sound from Heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with THE HOLY SPIRIT and began to speak with other tongues, as THE SPIRIT gave them utterance.” Acts 2:1-4.
Like many men of GOD and their churches of selfish ambitions (disobeying The Commandment that “Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit…” Philippians 2:3), THE HOUSE OF THE LORD led by Eli and his corrupt sons was one of continual disobedience with exceeding iniquity!
THE LORD therefore sent a man of GOD to prophesy against the house of Eli, and repeated it through the boy Samuel.
“Then THE LORD said to Samuel: “Behold, I will do something in Israel at which both ears of everyone who hears it will tingle. In that day I will perform against Eli all that I have spoken concerning his house, from beginning to end. For I have told him that I will judge his house forever for the iniquity which he knows, because his sons made themselves vile, and he did not restrain them. And therefore I have sworn to the house of Eli that the iniquity of Eli’s house shall not be atoned for by sacrifice or offering forever.” 1 Samuel 3:11-14.
Afterward, Israel went to battle with the Philistines. The Philistines fought, and Israel was defeated with a very heavy loss of thirty thousand foot soldiers.
Worse still, THE ARK OF GOD was captured; and the two wicked sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, died in the battle. (1 Samuel 4:10-11).
A man fled from the battle line and informed Eli . Eli, ninety-eight years old and heavy, when he heard what happened to THE ARK OF GOD, fell off his seat backward; his neck was broken and he died. (1 Samuel 4:18).
“Now his daughter-in-law, Phinehas’s wife, was with child, due to be delivered; and when she heard the news that THE ARK OF GOD was captured, and that her father-in-law and her husband were dead, she bowed herself and gave birth, for her labor pains came upon her. And about the time of her death the women who stood by her said to her, “Do not fear, for you have borne a son.” But she did not answer, nor did she regard it. Then she named the child Ichabod, saying, “THE GLORY has departed from Israel!” because THE ARK OF GOD had been captured and because of her father-in-law and her husband.” 1 Samuel 4:19-21.
“Ichabod” (pronounced ʼīyḵāvōḏ in Hebrew) means ‘without GLORY’, or ‘there is no GLORY’. (See Strong’s H350)
This is the state of “The GLORIOUS Church” (Ephesians 5:27) today. It is without GLORY. There is hardly any GLORY in The Church
Instead of THE GLORY SMOKE from Heaven, they fake it by spewing fabricated smoke from smoke machines in THE HOUSE OF GOD!
Thus, The Church is now imitating the world, instead of impacting the world.
As I far as I have experienced in various Churches in the UK, and know of other congregations in Europe, North America, Australia, etc., the same people who wear decent, beautiful clothes to work on Monday, the previous day wear T-shirts and jeans to THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD OF GLORY as though they were going for a walk in the park.
Then, once in the auditorium, they elect to be filled with coffee, rather than be filled with THE HOLY SPIRIT!
No wonder! THE GLORY has departed!
Most Church services today are ‘Ichabod services’. They are without THE GLORY OF THE LORD.
“And it came to pass, when the priests came out of THE HOLY PLACE, that THE CLOUD filled THE HOUSE OF THE LORD,” 1 Kings 8:10 emphasis added.
THE GLORY CLOUD FILLED THE HOUSE OF THE LORD! This happened under The Old Covenant when Solomon was dedicating The Temple.
How much more today under THE NEW COVENANT in The Temple of “THE GREATER THAN SOLOMON” (Matthew 12:42), JESUS CHRIST THE LORD OF GLORY?
Therefore, from this Pentecost, let us get rid of all the fakery and the coffee, all the T-shirt and jeans appearance and non-chalance, and appear before THE LORD, yes, seriously SEEK THE LORD as they did from the first Pentecost.
“Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is near Jerusalem, a Sabbath day’s journey. And when they had entered, they went up into the upper room where they were staying: Peter, James, John, and Andrew; Philip and Thomas; Bartholomew and Matthew; James the son of Alphaeus and Simon the Zealot; and Judas the son of James. These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women and Mary the mother of JESUS, and with His brothers.” Acts 1:12-14.

BY THE GRACE OF GOD, increasingly, for sometime now, in my particular ministrations, THE GLORY has been manifesting like never before. ALL THE GLORY TO THE LORD JESUS CHRIST ALONE!
Let THE HOLY GHOST River flow. Let THE HOLY GHOST Fire fall. Let It rain in our lives, let It FLOW! From this Pentecost.

As John was, Jacob is the disciple whom JESUS loves, (John 13:23;19:26; 20:2; 21:7,20). And like Paul, Jacob is “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS” (Ephesians 3:1) for His Purpose forever: to obey Him always.
“And having been perfected, He became The Author of Eternal Salvation to all who obey Him,” Hebrews 5:9.

Brethren, Thank you all for your contributions. God is God & can’t be mocked. His words remain His words & no matter how much we try to dilute it, it can never be changed. Yes, modern days Christianity has introduced a lot of worldly styles into the House of God Glory & that’s why the Glory seems to have departed from the house of God. As true Christians everything about us from our words, actions, lifestyles, appearance (clothes) count & can either pull other brethren down or uplift them.I once a dream where there was Rapture & because of what I was wearing in the dream, I was held back. Others who were well dressed disappeared suddenly. I started crying out for Mercy & next my clothes were changed. While asking for Mercy, a man came & started dragging me that he won’t let me get taken to heaven that I made him not to make it to heaven. Suddenly, another man came to my rescue & delivered me from him. The dream ended! Another time again, I was denied fluers/tracts for evangelism because of what I was wearing in the dream. I was by-passed & asked to go & dress properly before I could be given the materials for evangelism! These 2 dreams touched me so much & I had to change my dressings till date. Let’s not be the ones to tempt fellow brethren in the house of the Lord. God deserves all honour & obedience for HIM from US HIS CHILDREN! Apostle Jacob AWagah is led to announce to us to change our ways so the Holy Spirit may visit us in a special way. This is an opportunity as tomorrow may be too late. Lord forgive me all known & unknown sins. Help me wherever my lifestyle, actions, words, clothes had tempted any one & caused your Glory to depart from them & me as well. We have much to learn how God looks at our “clothes”. A friend of mine told me about a christian man she knows who was very strictly dressed often in a suit as the other men in the same church because in their opinon it was the way you shall dress for to look “decent” before the Lord. One day he passed a group with punkrockers and a little condescending thaugths about their hair and clothestyle flow throw his mind when he suddenly heard the Lord say “will you look like that like that for my sake?”
Since that he is out and preach among those people clothed in the same hairstyle and clothes like them, not for the churchmembers sake, but for the sake of the Lord.
This example is a good lesson why we need to hear the voice of the Lord and not the voice of our own thoughts, because His thoughts and ways are far more higher than ours.
It is not a problem to dress “decent”, the problem is when we think the Lord cares about it, He is only interested of our heart and mind.
“thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing (I know what God wants) and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked ( before me despite your decent clothes) I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. Rev.3:17-18
TYou “nailed” it. It’s good that a pastor said it in plain sight how mostly the city churches look like: Like pop concerts !
IF it would be mandatory to wear head coverings for women during prayer at least in church – just an example – please, no discussion about it – they would make a big fashion of it or leave church.
Brother, yes, the glory manifestation appears during this week like never before. HIS signs and wonders. I was even in tears because of what THE LORD has shown me in sky and on earth. I can’t write it down, for it is too holy. But the terror has also been increasing. Some strong watchmen confirmed it. Daniel 12 confirms it. Many many CHRISTians worldwide confirmed it in comments beneath powerful videos and messages. I am blessed to have a measure of time during these last weeks, days… May all who read this repent from every sin, every pride, every wrong ambitions, and BE READY for what The Holy Scriptures have forewarned.
