“Look, I AM sending you the prophet Elijah before the great and dreadful day of the Lord arrives. His preaching will turn the hearts of fathers to their children, and the hearts of children to their fathers. Otherwise I will come and strike the land with a curse,” Malachi 4:5-6, NLT.
“My child, did I not prophesy that the hearts of the father’s would be turned back to the children and the hearts of the children would be turned back to their fathers?
If there is to be a turning back, then there must be a turning away. You have witnessed the work of a spirit of disrespect and mocking of the older generations by the younger generations.
Yes, you even saw it when your boys were young. It was manifested even in the candy advertisements on cable television.
This spirit has been loosed with a vengeance today. You see young inexperienced political activists demeaning and mocking anyone who has longevity of life experiences.
This spirit of contempt and ridicule is being allowed to find its way through the airwaves and every form of communication. It is trying to steal the minds of the youth.
The prince of the power of the air is using this tactic to sow discord not just among the races but the generations.
Instead of respect, the wisdom of the elders is trashed and discounted. It is a planned attack because the dark one is afraid of unity among the generations.
But My Word has been sent forth. The spirit of Elijah is at work even now to thwart the influence of this spirit of disrespect and mocking.
I will put my words in the mouths of the old, middle-aged, and the young that will agree with My Word. I will draw the generations to Myself in a way that will confound the humanist.
These who have openly mocked and ridiculed will either confess their ignorance or fall into the pit of obscurity.
The elders must not disregard the words I put into the mouths of the youths. They must allow Me to use whatever vessel I choose.
Jeremiah was very young when I called him as a prophet to the nation of Judah. You must let the Word judge the prophetic utterances.
Affirm what is from Me and challenge and correct in love that which is in error and fleshly. Correction needs to be done in love so as not to wound or destroy.
I AM calling the generations to unity around My Word: Myself. When you each look to Me — first and foremost — then unity is assured, because I AM ONE with you and with all who call Me LORD.
Pray for those who are being used as pawns by this divisive spirit. Their ignorance (whether they are old or young) will expose them to great pressure.
Yes, evil enjoys slaying the wicked ones. It uses them and then takes great delight in destroying them.
Come! Rejoice with Me. The hour is approaching and has now come when the generations will realize that they need each other.
The turning point is here. Pray for one another. Be kind to one another. Respect each other no matter their age. I AM in you and I AM with you. It is a good day to be a member of the family of God. Shalom.”
“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, Running down on the beard, The beard of Aaron, Running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, Descending upon the mountains of Zion; For there the Lord commanded the blessing — Life forevermore,” Psalm 133:1-3, NKJV.
