I AM Restoring Hope of Your Bright Future in Me
The LORD says, “Be wise now, little ones! Spend your hours carefully.
I AM redeeming the time! I AM restoring the years the locust has eaten.
This will happen in My Time, on My Terms.
Do not keep striving to make it happen in your own strength, but watch and see the many blessings I AM about to pour out on you.
We will accomplish much together. You will no longer have such sorrow for your lost dreams, because now I AM restoring Hope of your bright future in Me.
Sit with Me awhile now. Do not begrudge or regret the time and effort it takes you to be still before Me.
Many matters are pressing for your attention, but AM I not worth the trouble?
Will you seek Me at any cost?
Dust off your Dreams and prepare yourselves.
The Boss will see you now!”
Ephesians 5:15-16, Joel 2:25-27, Matthew 21:42, Exodus 14:14, 1 Chronicles 16:11, Joshua 3:5
I am caught up in a moving Vision of myself, hearing the first movement of English Suite No.3 by Bach. It is a very busy-sounding piece of music, and I see myself being very busy.
I see myself running hither and thither doing pretty much any ordinary activity I can think of: Praying, reading, Worshipping, gardening, cooking, making deliveries in a van, assembling furniture, clearing out a garage, knitting, looking after children, filling in tax returns, playing sports, cleaning a kitchen, painting a wall, taking part in a meeting, walking a dog, etc
You name it, I am doing it. I am really very busy indeed.
Please remember, when I say I see myself, this always means all of you too, or else The LORD would not be asking me to share this Message with you.
At around 2 min. 44 secs. on this recording, I then see myself bursting through double doors into a large, formal chamber.
I am now wearing a long, full-skirted evening dress.
I run at full pelt towards a raised platform at the other end of the room where many staff members of an organisation are dressed in formal evening attire, posing for a group photograph.
I run onto the platform sliding the last few yards/ metres into position next to a man in an expensive Italian suit. He has an air of consequence and is clearly considered important by the other staff.
The moment I am in position, I still the movement of my skirts and straighten up. I am out of breath. but immediately regain my composure and instantly look as though I have been standing there patiently with the others all this time.
The man in the suit is aghast at my last minute entry, but then the photographer speaks and everyone is quiet.
The photograph is taken and we all start to disperse. The important man in the suit turns towards me, about to say something, but I am already speaking…
“Here,” I say, “Please would you mind holding this?”
I carefully hand him an octopus. “His name’s Octavius. I’ll be back in an hour.”
I jump off the platform and take off running again, going off to do more activities.
The man nearly drops the octopus in surprise as he realises Number one, ‘Octavius’ is a real octopus and Number two, Octavius is very much alive and kicking!
The man stares with his mouth open. but I have already disappeared through the double doors.
I believe The LORD is saying to us that no matter how long we have been waiting and crying out to Him, that He has heard us.
He is answering our prayers; we will work for Him.
The staff gathering for a photo are all people in The Kingdom.
The man in the suit represents People generally considered “Important” in The Kingdom by other people.
I thought at first he indicated a legalistic, religious mindset, but The LORD told me he actually represents People within the Charismatic and Prophetic Community.
Because of their standing with other Christians, some people have become a little arrogant about their own discernment, forgetting that spiritual wisdom is from The LORD, not themselves.
They do not realise they have become narrow-minded and judgmental about anything that is outside their own experience, knowledge and opinions.
That kind of person may have a field day with this message but I trust The LORD is speaking to you through it.
A New Style of Prophet is Emerging
People who are humble and ready to turn their hand to any work that The LORD requires.
These are:
- People who don’t allow their opinions or dislikes to influence the insight they receive from The LORD.
- People who don’t allow their own arrogance or pompousness to affect the tone of their Messages.
- People who don’t excessively love the sound of their own voice.
- People who don’t limit His mighty hand by their smallness of mind, lack of knowledge or hardness of heart.
This includes well-established prophetic voices of today, but in the future, even if you remain an unknown prophet, you will outrun those people in the strength of The LORD and for His glory.
Some of what The LORD is doing will look very unusual, but please trust that it is of The LORD and don’t give up.
( I confess I did wonder what work The LORD might need me to do with an octopus, and exactly where in that dress had I been keeping him?
Evening wear doesn’t usually come with pockets suitable for sea-life.
I haven’t had an answer about the dress, but The LORD did kindly explain about the work with the octopus… which I’ll address in another Message. )
Despite the man’s lack of respect for me, I treat him with courtesy and I don’t exclude him from The LORD’s work, entrusting Octavius to his care.
We will have to work willingly with the very people who have judged us, dismissed us or even hurt us.
We may have been feeling now as though we have lost too much time, but in a very short while, by The LORD’s favour, we will achieve much of what we thought we had missed out on.
Don’t worry if you feel that you are wasting time at the moment. No time spent with God is ever a waste.
Prepare yourself for encounters with The LORD, for dreams and visions and miracles and signs and wonders.
You will have a personal audience with The King.
He is coming to be with His People.
