I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelations 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare GOD’S TIMING IS PERFECT!
There are times we SEEK an immediate HEALING, but it is delayed.
In all that happens, it is for God’s GLORY, so that the Son of God/ Ben-Elohim may be GLORIFIED through it.
- I decree and declare, though there have been reports of danger, GOD’S TIMING clears the way for your travels, so that you are able to ACCOMPLISH His Work for His People and in the Regions as He DIRECTS.
- I decree and declare by FAITH and BELIEF you are taking your eyes off the Natural and LIFTING them into the Heavenly — GOD IS MOVING around you!
You are being TRAINED to WALK in the SUPERNATURAL of the Lord God Almighty/ Adonai El Shaddai.
By walking with His SIGHT you will SEE MIRACLES MANIFESTING in your midst!
- I decree and declare I will CARRY OUT the Lord’s WILL WITH AUTHORITY!
I pray and thank the Father, that He HEARS me.
I know that He always HEARS me, as I am standing before Him in Christ/ Messiah.
I speak the WORDS of the Lord so that those standing around may believe in God and that He has sent me.
- I decree and declare with BOLDNESS the Sick and Dead are RAISED, and the graves are opened! STRENGTH and FAITH are MULTIPLYING in the Body of Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah!
By these MIRACLES many will place their TRUST in Christ/ Messiah!
- I decree and declare I HAVE TRUST IN YOU, LORD/ ADONAI! You are my God/ Elohim.
My TIMES are IN YOUR HANDS.
You DELIVER me from the hands of my foes and from those who pursue me.
You make Your Face SHINE on me and all Your Servants.
You SAVE me in Your LOVINGKINDNESS.
- I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, WILL NOT LET ME BE ASHAMED, for I have CALLED on You!
The wicked will be ashamed, their lying lips with be mute, for they speak arrogantly against the RIGHTEOUS, with pride and contempt.
- I decree and declare HOW GREAT IS YOUR GOODNESS, which You, Lord/ Adonai, have stored up for those who FEAR You, which You have given to those who TAKE REFUGE IN YOU!
In the SHELTER OF YOUR PRESENCE You HIDE them from people’s plots.
You conceal them in a shelter away from the strife of tongues!
- I decree and declare God’s PROMISE and VISION is for an APPOINTED TIME.
It HASTENS to the End and WILL NOT FAIL!
If it appears slow in coming, WAIT FOR IT, for it will SURELY COME — IT WILL NOT DELAY!
The puffed up on — his soul is not right within him, but the RIGHTEOUS WILL LIVE BY HIS TRUST!
- I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“1 Now a certain man was sick, Lazarus of Bethany, the village of Mary and her sister Martha. 2 It was the Mary who anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped His feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick. 3 So the sisters sent word to Him, saying, “Lord, behold, he whom You love is sick.” 4 But when Jesus heard this, He said, “This sickness is not to end in death, but for the glory of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified by it.” 5 Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus. 6 So when He heard that he was sick, He then stayed two days longer in the place where He was. 7 Then after this He said to the disciples, “Let us go to Judea again.” 8 The disciples said to Him, “Rabbi, the Jews were just now seeking to stone You, and are You going there again?” 9 Jesus answered, “Are there not twelve hours in the day? If anyone walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world. 10 But if anyone walks in the night, he stumbles, because the light is not in him.” 11 This He said, and after that He *said to them, “Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep; but I go, so that I may awaken him out of sleep.” 12 The disciples then said to Him, “Lord, if he has fallen asleep, he will recover.” 13 Now Jesus had spoken of his death, but they thought that He was speaking of literal sleep. 14 So Jesus then said to them plainly, “Lazarus is dead”…….
……… 33 When Jesus therefore saw her weeping, and the Jews who came with her also weeping, He was deeply moved in spirit and was troubled, 34 and said, “Where have you laid him?” They said to Him, “Lord, come and see.” 35 Jesus wept. 36 So the Jews were saying, “See how He loved him!” 37 But some of them said, “Could not this man, who opened the eyes of the blind man, have kept this man also from dying?”
38 So Jesus, again being deeply moved within, came to the tomb. Now it was a cave, and a stone was lying against it. 39 Jesus said, “Remove the stone.” Martha, the sister of the deceased, said to Him, “Lord, by this time there will be a stench, for he has been dead four days.” 40 Jesus said to her, “Did I not say to you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?” 41 So they removed the stone. Then Jesus raised His eyes, and said, “Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. 42 I knew that You always hear Me; but because of the people standing around I said it, so that they may believe that You sent Me.” 43 When He had said these things, He cried out with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come forth.” 44 The man who had died came forth, bound hand and foot with wrappings, and his face was wrapped around with a cloth. Jesus said to them, “Unbind him, and let him go.”
45 Therefore many of the Jews who came to Mary, and saw what He had done, believed in Him,” John 11:1-14, 33-45.
“14 But as for me, I trust in You, O Lord, I say, “You are my God.” 15 My times are in Your hand; deliver me from the hand of my enemies and from those who persecute me. 16 Make Your face to shine upon Your servant; save me in Your lovingkindness. 17 Let me not be put to shame, O Lord, for I call upon You; let the wicked be put to shame, let them be silent in Sheol. 18 Let the lying lips be mute, which speak arrogantly against the righteous with pride and contempt.
19 How great is Your goodness, which You have stored up for those who fear You, which You have wrought for those who take refuge in You, before the sons of men! 20 You hide them in the secret place of Your presence from the conspiracies of man; You keep them secretly in a shelter from the strife of tongues,” Psalm 31:14-20.
“3 “For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; for it will certainly come, it will not delay.
4 “Behold, as for the proud one, his soul is not right within him; but the righteous will live by his faith,” Habakkuk 2:3-4.
~ Dawn Flores
Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
