Illness and Ministry

The LORD said that you cannot write or preach what you are not living.  Now that I have had a stroke, I can write this.

Illness and Ministry….

People are saying:

“Why does God not heal me?”   “He cannot use me for any ministry like I am!”

This is to say God has made a mistake, because He cannot use me like I am.

You are saying God is not God, because He has made an error in how you need to be to minister.  That you are not how God requires you to be to minister.

So if someone comes to you an asks you about Jesus are you going to say:

“I am too sick to minisiter,”  or  “I am not as I should be to minister.”

You must take your focus off the past (Luke 9:62) and look for what God desires you to do.  To do otherwise is to say God has made a mistake in your circumstances.

There are new lessons to learn in preparation for heaven, that you may learn no other way, and only in eternity, you may find out the benefit of your illness.

The LORD says:

“Minister as you are,
Not as you think you should be.
Do not minister as you once were able to do,
But as you are able to now.
I will always give you what you need to minister,
In the way you need to minister for me,
In the way I desire you to do,
So you have no excuse.”

“But Jesus said to him, “No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the Kingdom of God,”   Luke 9:62 (NKJV).

  1. I am new to you but every word you write is pure. If it was the stroke that made you start writing for His Kingdom Prophecy then you are being used in a new way and connecting to new people that might not of heard what you had to say. So thank you for continuing to be obedient to the Holy Spirit.

  2. God bless you and may
    His Will flow trough you!

“For I have known the thoughts that I am thinking towards you, an affirmation of Jehovah, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give to you posterity and hope Jer.29:11
