Happy New Year!
The New Year connotes images of promise, joy, success, and advancement. Let us keep our focus on what really matters: the condition of our hearts — are we truly living the Christian Life as Jesus taught in the Sermon on the Mount?
Every new day give us an opportunity of advancement. But are we advancing in truth and love? Are we going in the right direction heading toward peace or destruction?
It is a good time to pause and take stock of our heart’s intentions, desires, and plans for this year of promise. 365 days are ahead in this leap year. Seek to spend the time wisely on things of eternal worth.
I release a NEW YEAR’s blessing to you all.
May HE guide your every step.
May your heart burn to give HIM your best.
May HIS presence bring you joy and release
May this year begin a decade of internal peace.
No more to be prey of the evil one’s lies
No more to be hamstrung or tongue-tied
No more to be blocked by wicked plans
No more to be a victim of the ways of man
You are HIS child; HE lives in you
HE is your answer; HIS Word’s forever true
Rest in HIM and enjoy the ride
This decade begins on a rising tide.
A tide of blessings in the midst of the storm
But fear has no place; we’re prepared and armed
By our KING WHO leads us on the “glory way”
Never to be defeated; and it starts today!
God bless you all in Jesus’ Name.
