Leadership From the State of Texas Will Arise — 3 Comments

  1. I knew one of the judges would turn aside. The acceptance speech of the judge basically was that the said judge isn’t really conservative but a liberal. Most people don’t pledge to be liberal. Then when they get the job, they start giving signs that they are agents of the liberals that only took the conservative front just to get the role.

  2. The Court, now the court, has issued a rather suspect and hurried opinion, alledging lack of standing by plaintiffs, while not evengranting a cursory hearing–really? Whether they’re frightened by this grave electionary impasse, or perhaps under duress, this doesn’t signify the end of most serious grievance. The Almighty may have a different idea, and the events on the ground will reveal it by the hour, literally. Balkanization could be a scenario, perhaps temporarily, but in the end His will shall be carried out. Ours is the duty to pray for forgiveness for our nation’s sins, and for peace here and in Israel.

  3. The court, loaded with supposedly sympathetic judges, has spoken.

“The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”

    Couldn’t be much clearer.
