28 February 2025. Milestone Moment
The Spirit of The LORD says: “Just as a man runs a race set before him, there are half-way milestones that refresh and bring cheer to help you continue to go through the next mile. So too in this season, remember that this is a marathon not a sprint. We are hitting a milestone moment of refreshing and cheering that will bolster your ability to continue forward and not relent.
Just as a marathon has refreshing stations, I AM calling you into my refreshing station, for it is time to see new definitions of rest. Many see rest as simply a slumber, but I say it’s a time of refreshing. Just as a runner will pause momentarily to get water, I too AM asking you to refresh with living water and then get on your way. This season will be tiring and trying (James 1:2-4) and you will feel a desire to partner with the apathy in the air. Yet I say today, slow and steady wins the race set before you.
You must earnestly pursue this season and allow Me to refresh you. Do not sprint or shortcut your way out of this season. Instead, learn what it means to enjoy the milestone moments. Enjoy the pit stops throughout the race.”
Activation : Ask God what brings refreshment to your soul and spirit? Ask God how you can partner with Him in this refreshment and what does it look like to rest temporarily at each Milestone Moment?
James 1:2-4 (NIV) “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
Hebrews 12:1-3 (NIV) “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.”
27 February 2025. A Holy Moment
“Just as in the days of chaos when the earth was void, without form, and dark, I AM moving upon the face of the earth. And amidst the chaos, I have felt the deep hunger and desperation of the people who want true freedom from the wicked oppression of Pharoah — a freedom that only I can give. This is a holy moment.
Just as Moses encountered Me at the burning bush and I commissioned him, I am now commissioning you to go and boldly proclaim My Message. Break the bands of wickedness as you cry out and call My People back to Me. You must also reach out to those who do not know Me, instructing them to turn to Me with all their hearts. Now is the time to seek Me and to find Me.
As I commission you for this purpose, I ask you today: Will you press in for all that I AM? Will you come to meet with Me when I call? Will you stand for Me, and will you be satisfied with Me alone? I long for My bride, yearning for her dedication. I desire to see My bride entirely devoted to Me and completely in love with only Me.
My People, you must seek Me. Meet and connect with Me daily, and share your heart and life with Me. In seeking Me, you will find life! Abide in Me, and you will multiply and bear much fruit. I will bless you wherever you go!”
Application : Take a moment to reflect with God on the tasks and people He is calling you to serve. Genuinely ask Him to help you evaluate the following areas:
Am I being fruitful in the assignments He has given me?
Am I truly multiplying what He has entrusted to me according to His standards?
Additionally, ask Him if there is a need for you to change your approach to be more impactful for His Kingdom. Whatever guidance He provides, follow His instructions. By doing so, you will be truly fruitful as you multiply for the Kingdom of God.
Jeremiah 29:13 (ESV) “You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.”
Revelation 3:20 (NIV) “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.”
26 February 2025. See With My Eyes
“I AM the Creator of heaven and earth. I AM the Master of the universe, and I AM The LORD of all. I long to share My vision and My perspectives with you. I want you to see the world around you with My eyes. I will grant you my perspective on situations, events, and relationships. Let us sit and watch together. Although we may see the same things, we might not see them in the same way. Your view and my view on things and events might differ. So I want to share my point of view with you.
I want to give you My redemptive sight as I enable you to see the same way as Me. I will open your eyes to see the world as I do, and you will look at what I see as beautiful and enjoy it as I do.
I will enable you to look closely at the broken, the distorted, and the dark, and see them through the lenses of My eyes. I see through the ashes and find the original beauty. I look at the broken and see the original creation. I observe the distorted and perceive the original truth. I recognize darkness and it is dispelled under my eyes of fire.
As you see with My eyes, you will see through the physical reality before you and into the origin of My creation and My original plans.”
Activation : Invite Jesus to sit with you. Picture Him sitting next to you as you reflect on the situations, events, and encounters you will face today — whether they are joys or challenges, like a meeting with friends, a strained relationship, a job interview, an exam, or an ordinary workday. Ask Him to help you see everything through His eyes. Request His perspective on these experiences as you intentionally seek to understand the unseen reality of his creation that lies beyond the visible world. Allow his truth to fill you and resonate within you, as you walk with him throughout your day.
Luke 10:21-23 (NLT) “At that same time Jesus was filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit, and he said, “O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, thank you for hiding these things from those who think themselves wise and clever, and for revealing them to the childlike. Yes, Father, it pleased you to do it this way. My Father has entrusted everything to me. No one truly knows the Son except the Father, and no one truly knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.” Then when they were alone, he turned to the disciples and said, “Blessed are the eyes that see what you have seen.”
Matthew 13:16-17 (NLT) ““But blessed are your eyes, because they see; and your ears, because they hear. I tell you the truth, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you see, but they didn’t see it. And they longed to hear what you hear, but they didn’t hear it.”
1 Corinthians 13:12 (ESV) “For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.”
25 February 2025. Because You Love Me
“My child, now is the time to be so captivated with Me. For then your eyes will continue to stay focused on Me. Lift up your eyes and see Me. I AM looking for those who will love Me with a pure, unadulterated love. I AM jealous to have all of you. I AM jealous for all of your affections.
My child, are you totally focused on Me? Or do other things grab your attention? This is a season to behold Me in a deeper, more intimate way. Are you willing to let go of those things that distract you from Me?”
Activation : Spend time with The LORD and allow Him to show you those things that distract you from Him. Read and meditate on Psalm 91:14-16. As you do, allow The LORD to reveal His promises to you. If you struggle to receive His love and promises, take note of that and ask for revelation from The LORD as to why you struggle to believe. Ask for direction on how to move forward with what He shows you.
Psalm 91:14-16 (NIV) “Because he loves Me,” says The LORD, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges My name. He will call on Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation.”
Exodus 34:14 (NIV) “Do not worship any other god, for The LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.”
Jeremiah 29:12-14 (NIV) “Then you will call on Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares The LORD, “and will bring you back from captivity.”
24 February 2025. Perfect Love
“The enemy wants you to believe that you can’t bring your fear into My Presence. He whispers that fear is evidence that I AM not near or that you must first overcome fear before coming to Me. But this is a lie.
Here’s the truth: I meet you in your fear and give you courage. My Love doesn’t require you to have it all together. It’s in My Presence that you can hand over your fear, and in exchange, I will fill you with My perfect Love. This Love leaves no space for fear to remain. I will never forcefully take what you don’t surrender. The invitation is open: come as you are, fear and all. Trust Me to replace fear with My Love, to bring you peace where fear has reigned, and to remind you of My constant Presence in your life.”
Application: 1. Take a moment to bring your fears honestly before God in prayer. Tell Him what you’re afraid of and give Him permission to replace it with His love.
2. Remind yourself of His promises daily through His Word. His truth frees you from the lies of fear and strengthens your heart.
3. Spend time in His presence, whether through worship, Scripture, or silence, knowing that you don’t need to fix yourself first—He welcomes you just as you are.
John 8:31-32 (NIV) “To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” “
1 John 4:16-19 (NIV) “And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them. This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. We love because he first loved us.”
21 February 2025. Discipleship
The Spirit of The LORD says: “I am calling you, My prophetic ones, to be rooted in The Vine. This is the season to learn what discipleship truly looks like. I AM teaching you My Ways of deep rootedness and pruning. Your hearts will become so pure in the discipling that I have for you. It’s time to become ones who know what it truly means to sit in My Heart’s desire. I called you to love your neighbor as yourself and to love The LORD your God with all your heart (Matthew 22:36-40). However, I also gave you this command: “Go and make disciples” (Matthew 28:19-20). How you make disciples is a direct reflection of how you sit with me in my discipleship of you.”
Activation : Sit with the Holy Spirit and ask, “In what areas can I become a better disciple maker?”
He might surprise you and show you areas you can take someone into deeper areas where they can hear the voice of God for themselves. He might ask you to lead a teaching or a class on prophecy. Don’t feel discouraged or disqualified, as followers of Christ, we are all called to disciple others, this wasn’t just for the 5-fold ministers but to all who come to Jesus.
Matthew 22:36-40 (NIV) “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: “‘Love The LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV) “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
20 February 2025. Milk & Honey
“I AM calling you to ask me questions, My Child. We are going to build something new together, but I want you to collaborate with Me. (Hebrews 3:4) Start with what is burning in your heart. For it is I that put it there in the first place. Then come to Me and let’s talk about it. As you do, I will bring you clarity and vision into what seems impossible. (Proverbs 16:9)
If you yield, I’m going to propel you forward. Let down the “I can’t” of the world and exchange it with Kingdom Culture that has no limits. Allow me to push you into the extravagant and the new. Choose to look at what is in front of you with My eyes and I will catapult you and your generations in the land that flows with milk and honey.”
Read Numbers 13:27-33 and then come back to reflect on the following verses:
v. 27-29 — As you stay in God’s presence, ask Holy Spirit to show you what your land of milk and honey looks like. Look at its details. Does it frighten you?
v. 30 — While reading Caleb’s words, do you feel as determined as he is? Let The LORD show you and break off any weaknesses and enhance your tenacity further.
v. 31-33 — Consider if you have any “I can’t” statements in your mind. Invite Holy Spirit to reveal whatever spiritual blockages you may still have that cause you to see yourself as not enough. Then repent and look in the spirit to see who you truly are. Finally, partner with The LORD to receive new courage, His overview of the land He is sending you to and a quickened step to boldly conquer it.
19 February 2025. Confident Trust
“My beloved Child! I know that you are trusting me as best you can. You express your trust in prayer. You act in trust in many challenging situations. You trust Me despite adverse circumstances. However, there is still a lingering fear, a sliver of distrust, a slight questioning whether I AM fully trustworthy. You still fear that I might close my hand over you, restraining your freedom. You still fear that I might fail to come through on one of My promises. You still fear that I might turn My Eyes from you and abandon you.
My beloved one, these fears that hold you point to negative experiences you have had in life. People can and have failed you, but I encourage you today to lay down the mistrust these experiences have taught you. People might have failed you on occasions. They might have treated you unjustly or abused you. You might have felt abandoned and left behind by them. I want to heal these deep soul wounds and restore your trust in Me. The events can’t be changed but let Me in on those memories. Ask Me to come into those situations.
Become aware of where I AM and what I do and say. Watch Me, listen to Me and let Me protect and heal you. Let Me restore peace and justice in your heart. It is all in my hands and under My control. Where you can’t trust fully, let Me complete and fulfill your trust in Me. I want you to walk in confident trust. This is the only way you can stand firm in the days to come.”
Activation : Become aware of The LORD’s presence with you in the room. Appreciate him for who he is. Then ask The LORD to bring forth a memory that is still hurtful. Become aware of him in the situation and observe what he is doing and saying. Ask Him for help. Let Him bring healing, forgiveness, closure, and peace to the situation. Let him restore your trust.
Sometimes soul hurts are too deep to deal with it by yourself. If it’s needed, ask a trusted person to pray with you in pursuing freedom and restoration. In those occasions, trusting someone will be the first step to healing and restoration, so that you can start walking in full and confident trust in your Lord and Savior.
Isaiah 30:15 (AMP) “For The LORD God, the Holy One of Israel Has said this: In returning [to Me] and rest you shall be saved, in quietness and confident trust is your strength. But you are not willing.”
John 14:1 (NLT) “Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God and trust also in me.”
Psalm 13:6 (CJB) “But I trust in your grace, my heart rejoices as you bring me to safety. I will sing to Adonia, because he gives me even more that I need.”
18 February 2025. Letting Go
The Spirit of The LORD says: “Many have heard the call that I will do a new thing. Be aware that before I can do a new thing I AM calling you to a season of letting go for I cannot bring what I have prepared into a heart that is still stuck in the old. I will not revive the old. There is always confusion in the letting go, but my instructions are clear. Have the courage to clear your heart and mind from the clutter of the known to make way for the unknown. I know forgetting the former things is not comforting to you and that you would much rather be in the safety zone of relying on past teaching, past ways of doing things, past positioning, and sometimes past hurts. Before I can do a new thing you must let go!
Step out of the safety zone of contentment and an apathy of ease and lean on, and trust in Me, even in the small things. In forgetting the former things my word also says ‘fear not,’ so it is important that you choose to fear Me and nothing else. For when you abide in my reverent and awestruck fear, no other fears will enter your thoughts and decision.”
Activation : Isaiah 43:1-2 (NIV) ” . . . Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. “
Take time to ask God, “Where have I walked in fear and forgotten that I am yours and have not fully relied on you?” Ask him to forgive you and establish a new level of trust in him. Ask Him to remove all fears except the fear of The LORD.
Isaiah 43: 10-11; 15 (NIV) ” . . . Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me. I, even I, am The LORD, and apart from me there is no savior . . . I am The LORD, your Holy One, Israel’s Creator, your King.”
Declare with all your heart that The LORD is your savior, your creator, your Holy One and King and declare Isaiah 43:18 aloud over yourself: Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.
17 February 2025. Transition
“My beloved, this time of transition that many are experiencing right now is a result of My actions, it is by my hand. I AM actively tearing things apart and causing disruptions to your comfort zones. As a result, you may feel that some aspects of your life are coming to an abrupt end. The purpose of this process is not only to introduce the new but to also reveal your true heart and the things you are tethered to.
What unholy allegiances are you holding onto? Which alliances have outlived their expiration date? Do you remain in these relationships out of a sense of loyalty, even though they lead you away from My Heart, My Plans, and My Purposes? Will you choose to let go of these things in order to follow me and embrace the ways of The Kingdom as we build something new together? Will you allow these attachments to pull you out of alignment with My Timings?
As we navigate this intense evaluation together, consider how what is ending is part of My overall design. Is what you are connected to truly part of My Plan? In this process, you will witness the true loyalties of your heart as they come into full view. Do not be like Lot’s wife as you consider what I AM asking you to leave behind with feelings of loss and nostalgia. Longing for the past will prevent you from being fit for My Kingdom. As you choose to move with me into new spaces, new realities, new revelations, and assignments, you must let go of any desire for a relationship with the past. It is essential to separate yourself from the old and embrace the transition into the new. What I have for you is ready, but you must choose to receive it with your whole heart turned to me and both hands outstretched toward Me.”
Activation : The LORD is calling us away from dead things; things that no longer receive the wind of His Spirit. To be fruitful in our assignments, we must choose life in all aspects and willingly let go of what no longer serves Him and His Kingdom. As The LORD has instructed, it is important to engage in deep evaluation with Him, considering how the endings we face are part of His plan.
During your time with Him, consider asking the following questions:
What hidden loyalties or attachments may be hindering my relationship with God?
Are there any alliances or connections that no longer align with God’s purposes for my life?
How can I let go of the past and embrace a future aligned with God’s will?
As you reflect on these questions with The LORD, allow honesty and vulnerability into the conversation. Take some time to journal your insights, realizations, and any emotions that come to the surface during this assessment with Him. Ask The LORD to help you move forward with Him into the new, choosing life by placing your trust in Him, the Faithful and Trustworthy God.
Genesis 12:1 (TPT) “Now YAHWEH said to Abram, “Leave it all behind — your native land, your people, your father’s household, and go to the land that I will show you.””
Luke 9:60-62 (NLT) “But Jesus told him, “Let the spiritually dead bury their own dead! Your duty is to go and preach about the Kingdom of God.” Another said, “Yes, Lord, I will follow you, but first let me say good-bye to my family.” But Jesus told him, “Anyone who puts a hand to the plow and then looks back is not fit for the Kingdom of God.””
Jeremiah 17:9-10 (ESV) “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it? “I The LORD search the heart and test the mind, to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.””
14 February 2025. Deeply Abide
“Dear one, I know the love you have for Me, yet still there have been times that you have turned to the things of the world for help. In times of stress or trouble I have not been the first of your heart. You have turned to familiar things, retreated to your comfort zone and hidden away to seek relief.
But My Child, those are such shallow waters. Anything the world offers cannot quench your thirst or give you the guidance you require. Remember, I AM The Way, The Truth and The Life. The depth of relationship that you require can only be found by abiding fully in Mme.
Come to Me, dive into deeper waters and you will see the fruit it will bring in your life. Ask and it will be given to you; seek and I will be found by you. I AM calling you to nourish your spirit, to go deeper, to eat the bread of Life and to carry that with you into every situation that you encounter.
For you have been called to bring forth my light, do not squander your call. Dive in with courage and boldness, abide in me and I will lead you to places that you have never even thought or imagined.
Activation : Read John 15:4-7 (NIV) through once, then come back here to allow The LORD to speak to you as you ponder over each verse:
v. 4 – Ask Jesus what remaining in Him really means and how to enhance this mutual relationship further with steadfast faith and obedience. Ask Him to reveal to you the areas of your life in which you need to depend on Him more for spiritual sustenance and growth.
v. 5 – What does it mean to bear much fruit? Talk to Holy Spirit about it and ask Him to give you an image of what it may look like in your life both in the everyday and in the long term.
v. 6 – In agriculture, unproductive branches are pruned and thrown into the fire. Ask The LORD to show you the areas that have been burned off in your life, and any areas that he still requires to prune. Release any feeling of loss to Him, and ask for His comfort and healing.
v. 7 – Like a vine and its branches, the relationship with Jesus should be intimate and continuous. His teachings are not just to be heard but lived out. Only then, being so aligned, will even our requests reflect God’s perfect will and therefore come to pass. Ask The LORD to show you where you haven’t been fully aligned with Him. Consider how to spend time with Him in different and deeper ways. Then gradually make it a habit to come back to being in His presence for increasingly extended periods of time.
13 February 2025: Do Not Relent
The Spirit of The LORD says to you today: “I have anointed you and appointed you for this specific epoch of time. It is a stretching time IN the world, but remember that you are not OF the world — therefore go and do not fear. I have gone before you and I AM giving you the land that I have promised you, that has been set apart for you; the ‘new’ that I have been speaking to you about for months and even years. Now is the time to step into those promises!
Know that they are glorious, even if they do not look as you expected them to. Trust in My Plans and provision, and not in your own understanding. So go forth in boldness, courage and in the Spirit of The Fear of The LORD, and I will position you in the Kingdom to do great and powerful works in My Name.
But be on guard, as the enemy will try to hinder you by making you back down through discouragement, fear, opposition and challenge. Know that I, The LORD, AM on your side, and I have already placed within you everything you need to succeed. I AM WITH you and I AM FOR you. Step in with faith and courage. Do not retreat, do not relent! Therefore, run toward the prize that I have set before you, and I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”
Activation: Pray: Thank you Father for equipping me for the season ahead. I ask you to help me to go in boldness and courage, in obedience to your call as a kingdom warrior. When hard times come, give me the strength to move forward and press on toward the prize that you are. Thank you, in Jesus name, Amen.
To stand against the enemy’s schemes, write declarations that are tailored to you using scripture. Here are some you might want to use but also be led by Holy Spirit on what is right for you:
- I Declare that I am strong and courageous, I do not fear, for The LORD is with me wherever I go (Joshua 1:9)
- I Declare that I have been anointed and appointed for this time, therefore God will give me all that I need to move forward in my kingdom call and destiny (Isaiah 61:1)
- I Declare that God is with me, therefore who can stand against me (Romans 8:31)
Declare and speak them out daily in Faith. As you do this, you are partnering with God’s word, and his word is a weapon of truth against the enemy (Ephesians 6:17). Remember that you are anointed for these times ahead and do not relent!
Isaiah 41:10 (AMP) “‘Do not fear [anything], for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, be assured I will help you; I will certainly take hold of you with My righteous right hand [a hand of justice, of power, of victory, of salvation].’”
Philippians 3:14 (NIV) “I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”
Isaiah 61:1 (ESV) “The Spirit of The LORD God is upon me, because The LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound.”
12 February 2025. Embrace the Sunset Part 3: Let the Sun Set
Lamentations 3:23-25 (TPT) “New, fresh mercies greet me with every sunrise. So wonderfully great is your faithfulness! I tell my soul, “YAHWEH is my abundant portion. I need nothing more. So, I will put all my hope in him.” YAHWEH is always good to all who trust in him, to the soul who searches for him.”
Today marks the final day of this activation. On day one, we learned to appreciate the sunset and celebrate it with The LORD. On day two, we discovered how the setting sun symbolizes not only the end of the day in a chronological sense but also metaphorically. We worked with The LORD to recognize the joys found in both the opportunities and lessons we experienced that day. Today, we will take this understanding to the next level as we “Embrace the Sunset.” This represents God closing doors and bringing conclusions to certain aspects of our lives.
The Spirit of The LORD says, “My People often feel anxious when I lead them into something new. I want them to embrace change as something glorious, like a sunset… The day is done. Enjoy the beauty of its conclusion and all the lessons and truths it holds. Allow it to be complete. Just as you do with the sunset, anticipate the dawning of a new day and all that it brings — opportunities to meet and encounter Me in new ways.”
Today, find a quiet location with a clear view of the sunset. As the sun begins to set, take a moment to express gratitude to The LORD for the beauty you see and the lessons you have learned on this stage of your journey with Him. While you watch the sunset, let the vivid imagery spark your inspiration and ignite excitement about the possibilities of stepping into something new with The LORD.
Ask The LORD the following questions:
1. What things is He closing the doors on in your life?
2. What things do you need to allow the sun to set on in your life?
3. What is He transitioning you into?
Thank The LORD for the past season, and consciously release any lingering regrets, anxieties, or unfinished business into His hands. As you watch the sunset, embrace this change and use it as a time to let The LORD help you release control. Ask Him to help you align your perspective with His heart as you navigate this season of transition. Begin to visualize, with His help, the anticipation and excitement for the new day that awaits after the sunset.
In your journal:
— Record scriptures that represent hope, renewal, and fresh encounters with God.
— Include the lessons learned from the sunset and the anticipation for the dawning of new opportunities.
As you journal these revelations and insights with Him, let them serve as reminders to remain in faith as you embrace the possibilities that lie ahead, trusting in God’s guidance and presence.
11 February 2025. Embrace the Sunset Part 2: Consider With Gratitude
Yesterday, you were encouraged to watch the sunset and simply enjoy its beauty for what it is. Today, we will take the next step in The LORD’s instruction to embrace the sunset as it signals the conclusion of the day.
The Spirit of The LORD says: “So, here is my request to you: Embrace the sunset. As I close the door on what is finished, let it be finished, and do not look back with a longing to hold on to it. The day is done. Enjoy the beauty of its conclusion and all the lessons and truths it holds. Allow it to be complete.”
As you watch the sunset today, reflect on your experiences throughout the day. Find a quiet location with a clear view of the sunset, and as the sun begins to set, express gratitude to The LORD for the beauty and lessons learned during the day.
1. As you witness the sky transforming into a masterpiece of colours, take a moment to reflect on the day’s experiences, acknowledging both the joys and challenges as valuable lessons and opportunities for growth.
2. Write down at least three things you are grateful for. If more than three come to mind, feel free to include them. The purpose is to celebrate the joy found in both the opportunities and lessons of the day.
3. As you contemplate the challenges you faced, ask the Holy Spirit to help you release any anxieties or regrets, allowing the setting sun to symbolize the end of the day. As the sun sets, thank God for the day you had and consciously release any unfinished business into His hands. Use this time to pray for guidance, peace, and the readiness to embrace the closure of this day, leaving behind what needs to remain in the past.
10 February 2025. Embrace the Sunset Part 1: Reflect and Connect
The LORD says, “My People often feel anxious when I lead them into something new. I want them to embrace change as something glorious, like a sunset. When you observe a sunset, you see a myriad of colours painting the sky.
Depending on your location, the colors may form a tapestry of bright pinks and purples, or they may manifest as muted pastels of peach and lavender. In some places, the sky might appear as if it’s on fire, blazing with oranges, reds, and yellows.
Regardless of where you are, people watch in awe at this magnificent display of beauty, as the sky signals the end of the day, knowing that after the night, it will give way to a new day. When the sun sets, the day is over and cannot be reclaimed.
So, here is my request to you: Embrace the sunset. As I close the door on what is finished, let it be finished, and do not look back with a longing to hold on to it. The day is done. Enjoy the beauty of its conclusion and all the lessons and truths it holds. Allow it to be complete. Just as you do with the sunset, anticipate the dawning of a new day and all that it brings — opportunities to meet and encounter me in new ways.”
Activation : This is a three-part activation that will occur over the next three days, allowing you time to dive deeply into each activation and thoroughly partner with God as you transition from the old to the new with Him.
Day One : Reflect and Connect with a Sunset Walk
Take a “Sunset Walk” to simply enjoy the beauty of the sunset. Allow the changing landscape and skies to inspire reflection and deepen your connection with The LORD. As you watch the sunset, reflect on the scripture Psalm 19:1: “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the skies announce what his hands have made.”
Relax as you take in the sunset, breathing deeply and letting the stress of the day fade away along with the setting sun. Pay close attention to how the sky transforms, noting the colors that emerge. Observe your feelings, how your body is responding, and any emotional reactions or spiritual insights that arise during this time. Be sure to journal your observations.
Connection : Artists appreciate it when you engage with them about their work. Begin a conversation with The LORD, discussing His glorious creations and the magnificent display in the sky as the sun sets. Talk to Him about the sunset as you would to a friend. Enjoy the moment!
Psalm 19:1 (NCV) “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the skies announce what his hands have made.”
Isaiah 22:22 (ESV) “And I will place on his shoulder the key of the house of David. He shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.”
7 February 2025. Far From Shore
The Spirit of The LORD says, “Come away with Me and let’s go on an adventure to explore the end of My Love for you. You will never find it, for the adventure will last for all eternity.
Even when you feel lost, thinking that surely My Love cannot reach you and you’ve lost sight of everything comforting, you’ll discover that it is My all-sustaining love that keeps you afloat. When trouble comes, do not be anxious; anxious thoughts will toss you, leaving you off balance. Trust in Me and My infinite love that holds you and rescues you.
I will always rescue you. I will come for you, even if you are far from shore!”
Application : Take time today to reflect on the infinite and sustaining love of God. Even when life feels overwhelming, His love is what carries you through. You may not know how or when He will show up, but His promise is clear — He will always come for you. When anxious thoughts arise, replace them with a declaration of trust in God’s love. Whether you’re facing calm waters or storms in life, hold onto this truth: His love never fails, never ends, and never gives up on you. Lean into Him, and let His love steady you.
Romans 8:38 (ESV) “For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Ephesians 3:17-19 (TPT) “Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep inside you, and the resting place of his love will become the very source and root of your life. Then you will be empowered to discover what every holy one experiences – the great magnitude of the astonishing love of Christ in all its dimensions. How deeply intimate and far-reaching is his love! How enduring and inclusive it is! Endless love beyond measurement that transcends our understanding – this extravagant love pours into you until you are filled to overflowing with the fullness of God! “
6 February 2025. A New Road to Travel
“My people, I AM taking you up a level,” says The Spirit of The LORD. “I AM giving you a new anointing to lead. My beloved, a time of insecurity is fast approaching. It’s a time where everything that was is now obsolete because I AM shaking the seemingly unshakable to bring forward the new. For this reason, I don’t want you to panic.
Be careful not to be distracted by what is going on around you and in the world. Circumstances will try to attract your attention and pull you into a whirlwind of anxiety, but I say to you: My children look to Me.
Fix your eyes on Me, for I provide every solution. AM I not your Rock, your fortress and your deliverer? As you cling to the Cross I will keep your peace because I AM the Prince of Peace. As storms rage I will speak to the waves in your life and calm them down. For I alone speak to the storm and say ‘Peace, be still.’ As you fix your gaze on Me I will make you stronger so that you will be able to help those who are ‘drowning.’
During the past season I have pruned and honed you, therefore now you have the tools to show the way to whoever I send you, to speak up whenever I tell you and to be a beacon of light for those who are lost in the wilderness. Now take heart, be strong and courageous. There is a new road before you to travel. You have never been this way before but if you follow Me, it will be glorious.”
Activation : Pray and ask Holy Spirit if you have any fear or anxiety deriving from ancient hurts or from the past season. If you do, lay it down, repent for having partnered with it, and ask The LORD to uproot it and prepare you for the new through a deep healing. Then, ask The LORD to strengthen you, to give you His Shalom and to show you during the week who are the people who are in need and what kind of support you need to give them.
Joshua 3:3-4 (ESV) “As soon as you see the ark of the covenant of The LORD your God being carried by the Levitical priests, then you shall set out from your place and follow it. Yet there shall be a distance between you and it, about 2,000 cubits in length. Do not come near it, in order that you may know the way you shall go, for you have not passed this way before.”
Psalms 18:2 (NIV) “The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
Psalms 107:29 (ESV) “He made the storm be still, and the waves of the sea were hushed.”
5 February 2025. A Royal Priesthood
“The Sovereign Lord says: “Rejoice, My people, for I have made you into a royal priesthood for My Own Possession. I have laid My Hands on you and anointed your head with holy oil. You have been set aside for My Royal Pleasure and have a dwelling in My Holy City. You are seated with Me in the highest places.
Before you were just members of a human body, wandering the earth aimlessly — searching but never finding, looking but not seeing, hearing but not listening, judging but not discerning, serving but not glorifying. But I AM more than just your Liege Lord. You have been adopted into My family. Your very identity is in Me.
You are living stones in My spiritual house. I have ordained you to represent Me on the earth and to minister to all humanity. You walk with My authority into the chambers of worldly power and you tear down strongholds of the enemy as My Kingdom advances. The gifts I have lavished on you are your priestly garments.
Go, proclaim me to all peoples, calling them out of the darkness and into My marvellous light.”
Activation : Picture yourself in royal, priestly robes. Then, in the Spirit, sit and dwell with The LORD. Thank Him for His blessings and praise Him in song, in tongues or in any language or way that comes naturally to you.
Spend time with The Holy Spirit to discern what areas of ministry you are not moving in The LORD’s priestly authority. Pray for a fresh anointing of wisdom and strength so that you may walk boldly into those areas as a member of His Royal Priesthood.
1 Peter 2:9-10 (ESV) “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvellous light. Once you were not a people, but now you are God’s people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.”
Hebrews 7:24-25 (NIV) “Because Jesus lives forever, he has a permanent priesthood. Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.”
4 February 2025. Unwavering Trust
“My child, I AM a jealous God, and I seek your complete and unwavering trust. I want to be the first One you turn to when you are full of joy and thankfulness, but also in times when you face temptation, in moments of struggle or anxiety. Entrust to Me your every thought, emotion, question, and worry. Surrender to Me your will, your plans, your present, and your future. I long to hold every part of your life in My hands. In exchange for your trust I will give you a profound inner peace — one that cannot easily be shaken and will stand firm through life’s storms (John 14:27). Remember this, My child: I AM a loving Father and I care for you with all My heart. I desire only the very best for you.”
Read through Jeremiah 17:5-10 section by section. As you read, allow the Spirit of God to speak to your heart and reveal His truth. Be open to whatever He is showing you.
Verses 5-6: God condemns those who place their trust in their own strength. In other words, He brings judgment on those who rely only on their own understanding or the wisdom of the world. Their hearts are turned away from Him. They may find success by earthly standards, but in God’s eyes, they are foolish (1 Corinthians 3:19). Like David, ask God to search your heart and reveal any areas where you might be trying to handle things on your own.
Verses 7-8: In stark contrast to the previous verses, God blesses those who place their full trust in Him, no matter the circumstances. He blesses those who hope and expect Him to transform their situations for their good—who wait on Him for breakthrough, provision, and healing. These people will not be swayed by life’s challenges or by the turmoil in the world around them. Instead, they are like trees with deep roots, unshaken by the storms.
Invite the Holy Spirit to show you any areas where you’ve been shaken, where your peace has been stolen. Repent for any time you’ve failed to fully trust in God or believed a lie. Ask Him to fill your heart with His peace and renew your mind with His truth. For every worry you carry, find a promise from God and meditate on it.
Verses 9-10: God warns us about the deceitfulness of our hearts and minds. They are easily led astray. That’s why it’s so important to regularly invite God to search our hearts and minds. Allow Him to reveal any hidden motives, even if it’s difficult to face them.
3 February 2025. Depth of Character
“As your good Father, know that I AM always calling you deeper — for I have good things set aside for you. As I call you into more, you have already felt the pull within you that recognises the cost.
You are so loved. Because of the great love that I have for you, I AM calling you to a greater depth of character. Just as a father disciplines and guides his child, so I AM doing the same for you.
The distractions, coping mechanisms and compromise of the previous season are not acceptable to Me. You must lay them all down to move into surrendered union with Me. The relational difficulties you have faced have served to remove your harder edges, to bring forth a softness to your character that is needed to reveal the fullness of My Love to others. The tough situations you have walked through have revealed in you a yieldedness and a resilience that have increased your maturity.
Do not avoid the process, as difficult as it may be. Depend on my wisdom, and continue to lean into understanding — for I have so much more to reveal to you. For I AM calling forth in you a depth of character that will enable you to stand firm and to love well. I AM your perfect Father, and I love you and will continue to shape you according to My Perfect Will in your life.”
Activation: Spend time with The Father, ask Him to reveal Himself to you and sit in His Embrace. Ask Him to show His Father’s heart towards you, as you sit in a space of contentment in being His Child.
From that place of peace and acceptance, read James 1:2-5.
Ask The Holy Spirit to reveal to you the areas of trials, testing and perseverance that Father God has been calling forth in you.
Ask for the wisdom and understanding that you need to be able to surrender yourself fully to this process. Let go of any unhelpful distractions, coping mechanisms or areas of compromise that have been holding you back from stepping into maturity.
James 1:2-5 (NIV) “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”
Romans 5:3-5 (NLT) “We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.”
