My LORD All Day
A psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud.
My LORD All Day
Whatever happened to the day?
I arose giving praise and singing
To my God whom I love
One song led to the next
And our hearts began to connect
He fills me with His Word
Hour by hour the day toils away
Surely I am with my LORD all day
And at the end of the day
I am still giving praise and singing
To my God whom I love
Oh time has no meaning
When you are at His Feet worshipping
The world falls away
When you focus on His Face
The sun rises in the east
And sets in the west
But He is always rising in your heart
He speaks to me in the way I understand best
The rhythm and beat fall in line with the melody
His Word fills the silence and my spirit
And keeps my faith going
Guiding me according to His Way
His Wisdom and Knowledge are gifts
His Grace blesses me
He makes all things come easy
And hindering yokes fall away
Oh what a joy it is to spend time
With my LORD all day!
Oh time has no meaning
When you are at His Feet worshipping
The world falls away
When you focus on His Face
The sun rises in the east
And sets in the west
But He is always rising in your heart
Oh I delight myself in the LORD
And He gives me the desires of my heart.
I commit my way to the LORD:
I trust in Him and know He will
Make my righteousness shine like the dawn
And make the justice of my cause
like the noonday sun
Oh time has no meaning
When you are at His Feet worshipping
The world falls away
When you focus on His Face
The sun rises in the east
And sets in the west
But He is always rising in your heart
Let the morning bring me word
Of Your Unfailing Love,
For I have put my trust in You
Come the next morning,
I will again be with my LORD all day
Giving praise and singing
To my God whom I love!

“O Lord, in the morning you hear my voice; in the morning I prepare a sacrifice for you and watch.” Psalm 5:3
“Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.” Psalm 143:8
“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30
