No One Can Take It From You
When you pray in The Spirit, you are praying according to The Will of The Father.
When you sing in The Spirit, you are singing a song that The Holy Spirit has given you to sing in worship to The Father.
It is a love song born in your heart by the indwelling of The Spirit of The LORD.
Jesus said in John 4,
“But the hour is coming and now is when the true worshippers will worship the Father in Spirit and in truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship him in spirit and truth.” John 4:23-24.
The apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians ,
“I will pray with my understanding, and I will pray in the Spirit. I will sing with my understanding, and I will sing in the Spirit.” 1 Corinthians 14:15.
We don’t always know what we should pray for as we ought, but The Holy Spirit gives us words to pray as He gives us utterance. (Romans 8:26).
In other words, He gives us the prayer language that is uniquely yours, for the Father totally understands every word you are speaking.
You are His creation, created in His own image, and you are called according to His own purpose. (Romans 8:28).
There are three that bear witness in Heaven; the Father, the Word, who is Jesus, and The Holy Spirit. and these three are One.
For Jesus testifies;
“Hear, oh Israel, for The LORD your God is ONE; and you shall love The LORD your God with your whole heart, your whole mind, with all your soul, and with all your strength.” Deuteronomy 6:4-5; Mark 12:29-31
For whom are these words meant for?
Why would the Holy Spirit want to indwell you to and give you a song?
Why would Jesus stress the point that the Father is seeking for those who will worship Him in spirit and truth?
Why would The LORD say,
“The eyes of The LORD are roaming to and fro throughout the whole earth, seeking those whose hearts are steadfast toward Him, to show Himself strong in their behalf?” 2 Chronicles 16:9.
It is because He knows the true nature of the heart of mankind!
Isaiah 55 states,
“Come! Everyone who is thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come buy and eat. Yes, come buy wine and milk without money and without cost. Why spend money on what is not bread, and your labor on what does not satisfy. Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and your soul will delight on the richest of fare. Give ear, and come to Me, that your soul may live.” Isaiah 55:1-2.
And Romans 3 & 5,
“But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us,” Romans 5: 7-8.
“This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:22.
He is calling you out of the darkness you have been living in to enter the righteous life you are meant to have.
He is calling you by name so you will realize He is who He said He is.
He has demonstrated through His resurrection from the dead that every word of prophecy about Him is the truth.
The believers that makeup the Body of Christ today can attest to the fact that He has risen, for:
“Christ dwells in their hearts by faith. So that we being rooted and grounded in His love will comprehend, truly understand what is the length, the width, the depth, and the height, and we know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, Now unto Him, who is able to do far above all we could ask or think, according to His great power that dwells in us, and is at work in us; unto Him will be all the glory in the church, and in Christ Jesus, throughout all generations, both now and forever. Amen.” Ephesians 3:17-20.
Receive by faith the life God has for you.
No one can take it away from you.
