“You rule the raging of the sea; when its waves rise, You still them,” Psalm 89:9 NKJV.

Recently I had a prophetic dream where I was confronted with and facing two of the largest waves I had ever seen. The waves were so devastating and so intimidating in the dream I was bracing for impact as I was expecting the waves to crash over me.

But as enormous as the waves were just when I thought they would hit me I was carried and lifted over both of the waves safely and unharmed. In my dream I was so shocked, because I was sure that those waves were going to definitely hit me and cause great damage.

As I was thinking on this dream, I sensed I was to share this dream as a prophetic word for the body of Christ in this time and season.

Many of you are facing the largest waves you have ever seen or encountered. You have no idea how you are going to get over the wave but rather are embracing for the worst to happen.

My dear brothers and sisters, please let me encourage you and speak prophetically over you that the Lord despite how large the waves may appear is greater still and He will see you over the waves that are seemingly ready to crash over you. In the midst of great trials the enemy lies to us telling us and causing us to fear the very worst is getting ready to happen.

But I am here to declare and decree that the wave coming straight at you is subject to the God that we serve. And what seems to be working against you is in all reality serving the purposes of God for each of your lives. What is threatening to take you out is the very thing God is using to shape each of you and just when it seems that the waves are going to crash over you the LORD is going to LIFT you OVER the WAVES!

People of God, I declare that the best is still ahead of you. Although some of you are going through some very painful things even in this moment, your destiny is straight in front of you. Instead of the waves crashing over you, you are going to ride the waves of God’s love, His power, and His grace right into the place He has destined for you to be. He is bringing you OVER the WAVES!
