Dealing with Ahab and Jezebel
It is the Ahab spirit that is the most evil not Jezebel.
He appears to be laid back and easy going, easy to get along with, and pitiful, but in reality he pushes Jezebel in the forefront, because she is the most vocal of the two, and she acts on his actions.
Ahab only allows her to be in what seems to be control, when he wants to use her to get what she wants. Remember any decrees she implemented were only endorsed if Ahab signature is upon it and his stamp of approval. He let’s her do the dirty work and he takes credit for all victories.
In churches right now, women are being used by the Ahab leaders to obtain what they want through them. Often we go after Jezebel, but it’s the Ahab spirit that is the strongman in this combination.
Jezebel is only given power by him when he needs her to accomplish something evil. That keeps the people from attacking him, but opens the door for attack against her.
He uses her then sits back and let’s her be blamed for the evil that he manipulated her into creating. 1 Kings 21:25 states that Ahab was the most evilest of all kings of Israel, but he is most remembered for having a evil wife that seemed to rule over him.
Remember Ahab never left his position of authority. He just allowed her to conduct the things that would make him look bad before the people so that she would carry the weight of the blame for the evil that was done. Ahab and Jezebel work as a team, but Ahab was the one with the power. Jezebel was his puppet that he used to get what he wanted without getting his hands dirty or bloody.
If we going to go after these spirits, we have to destroy Ahab first, because he is the one that gives Jezebel her control.
“But there was none like Ahab, who sold himself to work wickedness in the sight of Jehovah, whom Jezebel his wife stirred up,” 1 Kings 21:25.
Praying Unrighteous Prayers
One of the most outrageous things I have seen, is the subtle signs of witchcraft that people are using and declaring, which they are operating in the Spirit of God, through unrighteous prayers.
One thing that is happening, is people are reaping the demonic whirlwind, that they have tried to release in someone else life.
Praying against a person, by wanting them to have pain afflicted upon them, because you have something against them, is not a prayer of righteousness.
People get offended by someone, and then start praying against their life, or wanting to see them suffer. When you pray prayers of suffering, harm or affliction upon someone, what you are doing is releasing curses, hexes, and spells. Sending evil or harm toward someone, wishing they are not blessed, or asking for them to experience disease, or sending death by saying they going to die because you are angry with them, puts you in the same category as workers of witchcraft and divination.
When you begin to act and walk in the realm of darkness, then you attract the judgment of God upon your life. Sometimes, out of your own mouth, comes your judgment.
I’m sure if Pharaoh had a know, that speaking evil against the first-born of the children of Israel would bring death upon his own child, he would not had spoken evil against God’s people. No matter who you are, or what title you hold, when you begin to walk in the ways of unrighteousness and forms of darkness, you become an enemy to the Kingdom of God and His people.
So many use the word of God concerning “touch not my anointed” and “do my prophets no harm,” in a witchcraft way. They use it as a way to curse anyone that they feel has offended them, or they want to make fearful of them.
They use this scripture as a form of manipulation toward people, to release hardship against their lives. God knows the intents of our heart when we speak certain things. He recognizes when we quote scripture with a wrong spiritual intent attached to it. He sees the evil in us as we use the word of God in a vengeful way against someone. He knows that you are speaking in hate and anger and when you are using the word as a form of revenge to see someone suffer because your pride was hurt.
There are some who are reaping what they have tried to sow against someone else’s life. The very thing that they have prayed against someone else, is now manifesting in theirs.
Remember, it is The Lord who judges righteously in every matter. Vengeance is His and He repays those that do wrong toward another person. When we pray or speak out of the spirit of offense, anger or hurt, we many times speak out of our pain and we speak with an unrighteous heart and spirit words of hate or prayers of hate toward an individual.
Doing this, puts us in a place of darkness and opens us up to be used by Satan to do his will against someone by using our mouth to speak out word curses against a person.
Be careful in this hour that in your times of anger that Satan doesn’t manipulate your vessel to use forms of witchcraft against one of God’s children.
Remember even though the children of Israel were not perfect they were His chosen people and He fought for them when other nations would come against them. So before you start coming against people before you get angry and start releasing word curses against someone be careful that you are not touching the apple of God’s eye. You just may find yourself reaping what you have sown against them!
